The order to stop moving would mean ignore the order to get your license.

There was nothing conflicting. He was told to stop.So that mean the order to get the license and registration is voided.

Yanez filled Castile full of 9mm rounds so, that means the order to get the license and registration was void. (fixed it 4 ya) ........

Title makes no sense, Castile is dead, he can't be found not guilty because he can never go to trial. He was already judged, sentenced, and executed, by the cop who you're actually talking about here.
