My original post said something like, "the majority of the homeless are either mentally ill or have abuse problems of some kind". The facts stand by what I said. Any generalizations have exceptions and I never said screw 100% of the homeless.

You actually started with "There are those who are impoverished because they are lazy blood suckers who don't want to work. To hell with them. " and shifted your argument to be the statement above.
Again, there is no definition what that study constitutes as abuse, so all Americans might as well be substance and alcohol abusers. 25% is far from a majority, and the alcohol/substance abuse determination is inconclusive.
