How should the US approach North Korea?

North Korea has advanced it nuclear program. A year ago, they first developed the Musudans which can reach Guam. Now, tensions are probably at the highest since the end of the Korean war.

So we don't have any capability of knocking out an incoming warhead? This isnt Russia or China its nk. They don't have an arsenal for us to worry about continuing the Korean War with a million South Koreans dead.

Ask the Germans to enforce international society their way and show us how to do it with a one percent military budget. They do an awful lot of trade in East Asia. Let them keep the peace.

Not us. But the Chinese could. But I suspect the Chinese might actually be not too unhappy. We loose face, if we threaten but don't jump.
