Or if the executive branch deems him unfit to perform his duties, which I think arguably we're already there. But that would require his closest circle to gang stab him, he's not quite Caesar yet.
 
The mere fact that I am seriously considering if Pence might make a better president is in of itself an indication of just how bad Trump is and can potentially be.

The level of shear stupidity that was required to favor Trump in the primaries let alone the election , has removed any doubt over the prevailing level of intelligence in our country. Or more specifically, the lack of.

I have said before, Trump won't last the next two years. NO way he can keep this up. But if he doesn't get impeached, he will finish his term and most likely won't run again.

Good to see there is decent support for him going on vacation within 6 months, I don't know if I can take more than that.

When does the GOP bail on Trump? I can't imagine any of them wanting to run in 18 with Trump in the WH and impeaching Trump in 2018 would decimate the GOP. Either they do it this year, or it starts after the next Congress takes over.

(if this post is a bit cynical, it's because the GOP has proven to be only interested in attaining office)

The telling message here is that even on a Liberal political forum like this.......Trump still has close to fifty percent approval.

What it tells me is that America is on the way to being Great Again.

I do believe that most Republicans would be happier with Pence as president (and they should be, because he's far to the RIGHT of Trump).

However, impeaching a Republican president is an act that Republicans simply could not stomach.......nor could they defend it to their base.

Considering the whining by the left, I believe it is hurting the democratic party more so. The left has turned into a Fascist party shutting down free speech and busting and burning and running to their safe rooms....
I believe normal people are rejecting liberal/progressive/socialist thinking.
People who voted for Trump still support him and are rejecting wishywashy liberals as being fanatic nut cases.

He's not THAT bad. I'm far more displeased with congress. Everyone gets up in arms with him coddling with Russia, but we've been doing the same thing with Syria for a while. Maybe not to the extent.

Everyone says he gives out classified info like Clinton didn't already do the same thing? Except she wasn't president at the time.

That being said, he's going to lead us into yet another war, which any candidate on the main debate stages would've done as well.
