Do you want the Hen House to be watched by the fox, or the neurotic pyromaniac?

I say at least with the fox you might still have a hen house when his tenure is up.

Trump was the lesser of evils over Hillary. He is likely the lesser of evils over any Republican. It's disgusting when you think about it. This is what we are offerred as leaders by our Parties and leadership. I think this is the reason they are arming our Police like the Military.

I'll take the guy who at least acknowledges that Democratic institutions and traditions are kind of a good idea.

We'll survive a President Pence. I'm not so certain we'll survive another 3.75 years of President Trump.

Personally, I would go with Trump. He has his problems, yes, however, the problem with Pence is that he is a true believer. He is the kind of person who would push for his own views to be pushed into law.

Yeah. Pence being President will be a rubber stamp for Congress, but at least we know that he respects democratic institutions.

I have said all along that I don't want Trump to resign. Trump is just an incompetent buffoon. Pence on the otherhand is downright evil.

The People elected Trump, so let's stay with him unless both Pence and he can be removed at the same time, permitting Ryan to become president.

As despicable as Pence is, at least he's an adult and fairly sane minded, I'd take him over ****-face any day of the week.

Pence would waste no time getting us involved in Syria and every other 3rd world dump. No thanks.

Trump. At least with Trump the chaos he creates may prevent the GOP legislation from happening. Politically speaking, the GOP "own" Trump. The longer he remains in office the better chance the Dems have in '18 and '20.

Mike Pence is much more of a quietly spoken conservative, less loud and less egotistical than Trump. However, as a president, I have no idea how he would fare. That being said, I believe that he was an overall good choice for VP and is certainly a contingency to protect against a Trump assassination. I believe that liberals would pick Trump over Pence any day.

If the Republicans actually try to get trump out of office, trump will not go quietly.

Ryan is worse than almost any other Republican other than John McCain. Ryan is just a two faced lying politician, and McCain is just flat out dumb.

Neither. On some levels, Pence is worse and more doctrinaire than Trump.

Is it just me or do the choices get ****tier and ****tier every election?

Oh, what's worse? The fact that American's elect the ****tiest of the ****tier every election.

Pence can read from the Holy Bible for his press releases, for all I care. He's way better than the madman fascist.

On paper, maybe. I would have supported Pence in the past. Now he has revealed himself as the epitome of a "yes man".

This is like choosing between a dog turd and a cat turd. Both are absolutely horrendous. I guess Trump is slightly less bad because unlike Pence, he doesn't seem too interested in shoving a socially conservative agenda down the nation's throat. Either way, we are screwed with either one as president.

Ugh..................................................................................

I'm personally not the hugest fan of Pence, although I do stand behind a lot of what Pence supports. If I had to pick one of the two, Trump is far better as far as strong leadership goes.

Pence wouldn't have disarmed the war on drugs agency or got rid of TPP

Really?!?! That's so shocking. No, it actually isn't. That's what everyone does.

That's my concern as well. I think Trump not being so pro-war, and especially not pro-Cold War with Russia, is the biggest reason he has been attacked from all sides. Foreign policy has become nearly my #1 issue and if I could trust Pence not to do what you said then I'd say it's an easy pick over Trump. Unfortunately, I don't trust Pence not to start up more wars.
