$15/hr for a guaranteed job is reasonable given modern wages and prices.

Sadly without Welfare State many Americans turn to crime and dealing drugs to earn a livelihood.

Why is $30 not more reasonable? I am not surprised you think so little of people TBH.

I believe a much better plan would be the provision of free housing, free food, and free medical care to anyone who does not have them. Maybe that should be supplemented by a small allowance.

Not cash. But, I can see the day when robots do most of the work and we all live on a free credit system. I'm hoping to be long gone by then though.
