all that rainy east coast weather this week....and the government will operate on a continuing resolution before the GOP shuts it down. Even the democrats would rather see that than be blamed for welfare checks not going out because the American Obstructed Bowel Coalition or whatever the Tea Party calls itself tried to flex their muscles.

Show me where in the Constitution the Federal Government was given the power to own land outside of Washington DC or military bases, ports, or holding territory in trust for the citizens prior to settlements.

You can't because the Federal Government was never given the power to usurp land from the States and call it a National Park. National Park Rangers are the law enforcement officials who preside over stolen land. Yes they are criminals.
