Funny thing is that 2-3000 years ago the Romans had citizens, leaders and military from all sorts of "races" and cultures and now, 3000 years later in the US, a whole ethnic group is written off regularly as sub-intelligent.

It might be learned, but that is not, what those video show, nor does it correspond to the cross cultural studies on this topic. From what I have seen and read, the conclusion seems more that the trait goes across cultures and races. But may be you have research literature I haven't seen.
