Anyone can be a racist. The only people who claim blacks can't be racist are either racists themselves or ****en morons who have no business anywhere near an educational institution or position or power or authority.

Anybody can be racists . . . anybody who doesn't understand that fact simply doesn't understand english or is racist themselves.

And if you try to argue against the premise that black people cannot be racist they assert that minorities cannot be racist because they lack power. The purpose of the propaganda is to enforce the concept that racism is institutional. ultimately it is an attack on the US constitution. The main idea is that our system of government is flawed. Not only flawed but impossible to fix. From there the idea is to undermine our government. Given the extent that our enemies go in order to try to cause our government to become unstable I would guess the influence is from possibly Russia/ or any of our enemies that have programs in place that try to do such things.

I agree except I would add that it is more an attack on white people... they are the perceived oppressors who will not share.
