While that may fall under the "unbearable suffering", it is not without the prospect of getting better/curing.

1. one can move to another country. I would say Canada is a good option, close to the US but safe from Trumpism. The Netherlands is a nice option, reasonably liberal, loads of US companies you can apply to for work, high education level for your children and loads of people speak or understand English. Germany has the same in general but does translate/remove any English sentence and replace it in German for just about every English series or movie, meaning that all your favorite US stars sound like they are Germans. We Dutch as a rule of thumb do not do that. We show US series without it being redone in Dutch, we just put subtitles under the show.

2. you can heal yourself through elections, in about 1.5 years the democrats can reclaim the Senate and who knows even the congress so that Trump will be "on mute" when it comes to getting laws passed. And now the republicans have wrecked the filibuster/gone nuclear option, turnabout will be fair play for the democrats.

Woah. You took that way too seriously...

Well, I am kind of a serious fella, but I understood the joke and I still thought my response was funny (even though reasonably long LOL).

Morale or not you have removed the individual's sovereignty over their own body.

No, not at all.

Their disease state - which no one else inflicted upon them - removed their ability to perform the task of killing themselves.

They have autonomy and they own their own body, which is why they can get a DNR and refuse all nutrition and hydration but request palliation of uncomfortable symptoms only and just die.

Being able to hire someone else to kill you has NOTHING to do with "sovereignty over your own body."

Murders and rapists do not deserve to live and neither do early fetus's

Again, you pro-aborts seem locked in a contest to see which of you can sound most despicable and Nazi-like.

How does it work, are there seasons?

Were you going for the April trophy? If so, I'm sure you'll win, it'll be difficult within limited time parameters for anyone to say anything else as hateful and ****ing retarded and indicative of a lack of character or humanity on the part of the one typing.

We are going to have to disagree on that.

As I don't think the federal government is given constitutional authority over any of the four tenets you specify, I would support an amendment strengthening the 10th Amendment so that such issues would be left up to the states to decide as the Founders intended.
Since when has that stopped them? ;)

The Permanent Political Class in Washington indeed does not give the Constitution more than occasional lip service these days. Nor do the courts that also include much of the Permanent Political Class.

Do I sound like a Nazi?
