Should music be used to make government speaking more interesting?

Music is supposed to have philosophy and is also entertaining, my idea was if you have musical guests (singing songs relevant and appropriate for the event) during government speaking events you might have more people watching, and thus making it more likely for people to engage in politics. Maybe music can help people understand each other better so groups can come to a conclusion faster, more efficiently, and correctly.

It isn't really a theory, but what do you think?

Singing songs about politics? That sounds awesome. Any by awesome I mean incredibly awful.

It could work. For example, Disturbed, they could be a relevant choice.
