That is obvious. Why be decent when you can use an ugly insult to upset people?

I sure wish you would come clean and just come out and say why you are so constantly negative about me and why you hate me like you do.

Is it the fact that I taught Government and History for 33 years? Is it the fact I have practical experience in the world of politics and government. Is it both of those things that causes you to resent me because you have none of those credentials.

There are few people here as dogged as you are who makes things ugly and personal at almost every opportunity.

So why do you do it?

He's all talk and no bite.

In an indirect way he is a threat to the press because he's generating the rhetoric that could work against the press within the polity. After all, our Constitution is only as good as the people and institutions which defend it. If the press becomes the enemy then that kind of political bias could infiltrate the very mechanisms that should be protecting it.

I am not making any effort at all to insult you or anyone else. I just call things as I see them. For instance, if I think you are being intellectually dishonest, I will point it out in some way.

It is a very big stretch to suggest that I hate you. While I, like everyone else on the planet may dislike and even disrespect some, I do not happen to hate anyone. What you see as negative towards you is no more negative then what you on occasion have posted to me. Perhaps you are just a bit more sensitive.

To be quite honest, and with no offense intended, I have a very hard time taking your claim to have taught history seriously. I do not get the impression that you have even a basic understanding of history much less teach it to others. But then who knows.....considering the indoctrination that goes on these days in many public schools.

Nancy Pelosi has practical experience in the world of politics and government and I see her as a scatter brained moron.

I do not resent you or anyone else on this forum. And I am quite content with whatever credentials I may or may not have. One does not have to teach government or have experience in politics to understand either.

I have no idea what you are talking about. I am just one of the many who push back when you or anyone else posts a line of bull. Tough responses to your posts by me or anyone else are not personal. You have made many very controversial and very repetitive statements since the election. Politics is a blood sport. Expect some push back and don't take it all personally. Most others who share your view do not.

That's my take. I picked "not sure" because I think he would like to be in total control of it (that would be a threat) but he fails bigly.
