What should happen to illegals who commit crimes other than illegal immigration?

  • They serve out their sentence and then immediately deported.

I think they should serve out their sentence and then deported.They should be punished just like anyone else here and then deported.

The idea that we should immediately deport someone and not send them to prison for what ever crime committed is absurd.It sends the message that if you rob a bank or what ever else then your punishment will be just a free trip home if you are an illegal.

I agree with the majority here, but I would go one step further. Our law enforcement should make sure the Mexican authorities know the criminals are being deported in case they are wanted for Mexican crimes and so Mexican law enforcement can keep an eye on them if they are not.

Accept we should only make the illegal aliens work on the wall that have committed no other crimes other than being in the US illegally.

Those guilty of other crimes, whether misdemeanor or felony, should be deported immediately upon completion of sentence with no further hearings.

Unfortunately, that's why they don't want most of them back. I'd go a step further and say some are here because they were given a choice....go to jail or go to the US, etc. JMHO

Why don't we ever mention illegals are more peaceful, have lower crime rates than we citizens, pay taxes, not eligible for SS ? Contribute more to the economy than most citizens?
I'm still waiting for gang bangers to be deported

Most immigrants are way more adventuresome than the average high school American. Seems like our wv coal mining out of work can't go 500 miles to improve themselves.
Just bitch about Obama somehow not providing them with jobs. Leave, complainers and get an education
 
If you commit a crime you should have to do the time, and then if you are here illegally be deported or put to death depending on the crime you committed such as murder.

Really the country should go door to door and gather all illegals and kick them out. Its like an invasion at this point.

Prisons need to be harsher too, no talking, hard manual labor.

illegal entry is a crime in which over half the people here have committed. So they do not have a lower crime rate

Illegals work for substandard wages, work under the table, work as contract labor so employers do not have to take out taxes and work under the able in which taxes are not taken out. Nor do they contribute to the economy more than non citizens. So illegals do not contribute much in taxes.You should quit reading illegal alien ass kissing articles.

I would think that would discourage the Mexican authorities from wanting to take back their citizens.

I am happy with them not being able to legally send anyone. I think visas should be cut off to countries we have illegal immigration problems with.
