These are two people on each side of the very polarized extreme views of new agey millennial politics out there today. So who do you think is worse? I put these two together because they have each done and said some really bizarre things and have found an audience for it along with some amount of fame and fortune. I really hope that these two are not the future of political activism, because if they are. It just goes against everything I think activism should be and only strengthens my arguments against activism in general.

Lesley Arfin, a writer for the show, responded to the controversy with the tweeted comment: "What really bothered me most about Precious was that there was no representation of ME." Afrin later deleted the comment following uproar on social media claiming her tweet was racist.

While Milo gets condemned Lena gets celebrated. This means that even if we assume that they're both equally awfullicious, Dunhams bigotry and endorsement of discrimination has mainstream establishment support while Milo does not. This makes Lena more dangerous.

And then there's this...
In April 2016 she wrote in support of Hillary Clinton, pledging to move to Vancouver, Canada, if Donald Trump won the election. After Trump's win, Dunham wrote she will not be moving to Canada, saying, “I can survive staying in this country, MY country, to fight and love and use my embarrassment of blessings to do what’s right."

She's kind of an idiot, but she's not a malicious troll like Milo is.

Both are whiny, sniveling a-holes. One admitted to molesting her sister when both were kids. The other thinks it's OK to molest kids as an adult. So, in that Milo has the edge on creepy. But, I'm not a fan of either one, and I hate Lena's tv show with a passion.

Milo is a miserable troll with genuinely awful positions (unless those are all pretense, but then, **** him anyway). And while trolls are assholes, "asshole" is bigger on a Venn, and he fits the other qualifications as well.

Lena is a part-troll who has confused herself with an artist. To the extent her political beliefs have been inadvertently learned by myself, they have generally been overblown vapidity.




Milo is worse. I would like these people to go away and leave us alone.

I heard about that, but wasn't it age 4 or something? I certainly never did anything like that, but honestly, we're talking about a time when a human has just barely entered the realms of consciousness and self-consciousness. Children are bathed with each other in plenty of homes at that age. There is no concept of sexuality at that point. They still have the slightest grasp on things like words and meanings.

If I've got the age wrong, my opinion may change. I didn't pay too much attention to it because I don't like paying attention to her.
 
Dunham is far worse that Milo could ever be.

I know less than 30 seconds about either of them.

They are not even on my radar.
 
I would say that neither is significantly more appealing than the other. They're both kind of like Mini-Trump and Mini-Hillary respectively.

This is the person you are defending? Actions are worse than words.

In her newly published collection of personal essays, Not That Kind of Girl, Lena Dunham describes experimenting sexually with her younger sister Grace, whom she says she attempted to persuade to kiss her using “anything a sexual predator might do.” In one particularly unsettling passage, Dunham experimented with her six-year younger sister’s vagina. “This was within the spectrum of things I did,” she writes.


In the collection of nonfiction personal accounts, Dunham describes using her little sister at times essentially as a sexual outlet, bribing her to kiss her for prolonged periods and even masturbating while she is in the bed beside her. But perhaps the most disturbing is an account she proudly gives of an episode that occurred when she was seven and her sister was one. Here’s the full passage (p. 158-9):

“Do we all have uteruses?” I asked my mother when I was seven.
“Yes,” she told me. “We’re born with them, and with all our eggs, but they start out very small. And they aren’t ready to make babies until we’re older.” I look at my sister, now a slim, tough one-year-old, and at her tiny belly. I imagined her eggs inside her, like the sack of spider eggs in Charlotte’s Web, and her uterus, the size of a thimble.
“Does her vagina look like mine?”
“I guess so,” my mother said. “Just smaller.”
One day, as I sat in our driveway in Long Island playing with blocks and buckets, my curiosity got the best of me. Grace was sitting up, babbling and smiling, and I leaned down between her legs and carefully spread open her vagina. She didn’t resist and when I saw what was inside I shrieked.
My mother came running. “Mama, Mama! Grace has something in there!”
My mother didn’t bother asking why I had opened Grace’s vagina. This was within the spectrum of things I did. She just got on her knees and looked for herself. It quickly became apparent that Grace had stuffed six or seven pebbles in there. My mother removed them patiently while Grace cackled, thrilled that her prank had been a success.
