Can he talk to dogs?

You equated communication with talking.
Oh jeez... I don't care. I thought you were specifically referring to BMF or whatever... fine, it is communicating/talking.

Dogs are more attuned to our expressions, mannerisms, and communication than any other species on earth.

Cats are either, "Feed me.", or "Get the eff outta my way!"

I have not had that experience with any of the many cats I have had.

It may be reasonably real, but it is not that easy as the TV shows IMO and of course he does not talk to dogs, he has a trick that makes him look at the behavior of a dog and make a reasonable guess about what is wrong with the dog/situation.

If people wouldn't screw up the dogs so bad in the first place, his job would be much easier.

I have used many of his techniques and they work very well for most dogs.

I am the leader of my pack without question.

Yup, in 95/99 out of 100 dogs it is the owners who have screwed the pooch big time.

Is this real? Can this guy really talk to dogs?

Millan offered suggestions on how the owners could become their pet's "pack leader," consistent with the theory that dogs are pack animals. He used behavior modification techniques and the philosophy that exercise, discipline, and affection are required "in that order" for dogs to be healthy and balanced.

No. Cesar knows dog behavior and can anticipate what their going to do in a given situation, and by watching how they interact he knows what works in corrections.
