You are being overly political and other things , not so ''nice'' .
Libertarian says it all ..
Opinion , that's all it is, that our government has ''gone too far'' .
In many areas, we have NOT gone far enough .. Due in part that government has a problem in communicating .
Better communicating , a higher level of tolerance can avert any break up of our nation .

I'm for a weak federal government, one where it's strong on national security issues; border, military, intel services... judiciary.

The remainder should go to the states as much as possible. Let them be 50 countries running their own experiments.

Without security there simply won't be Liberty, period.

And given the number of freedoms people have in America today, the idea that you need to form your own little tinpot state is laughable at best.

I think we're headed towards imperialization, not brake-up.
 
It's up to the individual. I don't see what would be gained from breaking up America though.

BTW - I think that if any state votes, say, 2/3'rd's for leaving? I say - assuming they take their share of the national debt on a per capita basis - than let them go. And I don't care if the law agrees with me or not.
