I say yes, since he has taken the day off he has time, why not use it? I think he should reaffirm that he wants to bring America together, and call out those who wont even give their president a chance, will not even admit the truth that he is their President as Ugly Americans who fighting against America rather than for America. If it gets ugly all the better, then Trump plays up law and order.

Bonus Question: Will he?

My answer: I have not the first damn clue.
