Komrade, what I find diffikult to believe, what I do believe, those have exaktly no similarity to what you think I believe and find diffikult to believe.

Your rambling posts with koolaid soundbites are what I base my opinions of your posts on. Nothing more, nothing less.
 
He was too messed up to face that penalty, which the chain of command knew and did not care about, so I say no.

If that were true, then Hillary would be tried and convicted for having secret data on a public server. Apparently there are differences about enforcing the law.

I'm going to quote another whistleblower who has been threatened by this corrupt regime: "When exposing a crime is treated as committing a crime, you are being ruled by criminals."

"Treason", in American legal tradition, has a strict definition: "providing aid and comfort to the enemy during time of war". Chelsea Manning released evidence of war crimes committed by the United States government to the people of the United States; in order to accuse her of treason, you have to define the American people as the enemy of the American government, and claim that the American government is at war with the American people. In order to justify charges of treason against Manning, these conditions must be true, and if those conditions are true, the American people should not support the detention and torture of people providing them "aid and comfort" at the expense of their declared enemy.

If you support Chelsea Manning's treatment at the hands of our government, you are an authoritarian bootlicker who doesn't mind being ruled by criminals; you've forfeited, in advance, any moral appeal to the "rule of law" that you intend to make in the future.
