Two buzzwords followed by the word "movement"

All speech should be free, with the exceptions that are mostly already defined.
ESPECIALLY if it's disliked/unpopular, it must be protected.
And of course, freedom of speech is not freedom from ridicule.

PC is probably "politically correct", although it's possible it is "personal computer". Or any number of other things. But in context with "SJW", which likely means "Social Justice Warrior" in this context, it is most probably the former.
As for what a "Politically Correct Social Justice Warrior movement" is...I'm fairly sure not even Nap knows. It's quite vague and general, and could be applied to almost anything.
