Trump will do whatever is good for Trump at any particular moment. if going after Clinton becomes necessary for him personally, he'll do it. otherwise, he's going to toss it in the trash and move on to other things. look for this formula to apply to most issues.

I voted yes. However, I think it depends on the situation.

Given the mental/emotional breakdowns being witnessed by her followers, I think he might temper his approach to her and stay out of the fray for the sake of trying to calm the Nation.

I also believe he may think it more prudent to sentence Hillary to obscurity for the rest of her life, rather that make a martyr of her for her devotees to rally behind.

Obscurity would be a worse sentence for someone with Hillary's personality than any fine etc., that could likely result from further investigation.

I voted no.

I don't believe Trump will go after Clinton...but I do believe Clinton's troubles are not over. She has a few months to sit back, enjoy herself, recover what health she's able...and then she'll be back in the news, subject to more than one investigation.

Trump - no -that seems to be water under the bridge for him and he is wisely moving on.

Now as to right wing idiots in Congress - it would not surprise me one bit if they cannot kick their Hillary addiction and pursue that next year.

Nope -- he never intended to in the first place.

Other. In order to do so (have the "Trump" DOJ prosecute her) he must avoid having Obama pardon her. IMHO, that is the main reason for the apparent flip-flop.

Trump is now in that limbo stage of president elect where he and his team need cooperation from Obama and his team to have an orderly transition including getting his high level appointees confirmed by congress. If Trump, at this point, was to insist that "getting" Hillary was his intent then Obama would likely "save" her by issuing a pardon and his team would make it as difficult as possible for Trump to get his appointees (including a SCOTUS justice) in place.

Best to let that "issue" disappear for a bit since only Obama and his team are now in a position to act on it.

From what I have seen from Trump, you are absolutely correct. Trump is like the weather--it can chance from day to day.

You mean, he'll have her nailed to the cross during his next campaign? That would be, when he might need some extra hot air to superinflate his balloon.

I'm more than happy to be a part of the taxpayers that are OK with paying for all of these things and find nothing.

I don’t think she’s his type.

Anyway, Clinton wouldn’t let him grab her by the p***y just because he’s famous.

Yeah. If you call justice wasting millions of dollars and not finding anything. OK. :sarcasticclap

I call justice identifying criminal action, conducting trials and, if convicted, suitable sentences.

Do you agree? Do you think such a thing is not worth the cost? Exactly what price will you put on bringing a criminal to justice?

Actually it will not be up to Trump to decide whether Hillary is prosecuted. It will be up to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. He is very much law and order. He will likely go after her unless Obama pardons her on the way out the door.

They have already done this to her numerous times and have not found anything on her. How would you like to put up with that?

Despite what FBI head Comey said...there is already enough found to prosecute Hillary over. and the investigation into the Clinton Foundation is still ongoing. For the sake of Law and order, I hope Hillary is prosecuted. She should face the same criminal justice system and rank and file Americans do. However, if they idiot still occupying the oval office until January 20 gives her a pardon, the incoming attorney general will not likely waste the money to continue going after her.

I'm waiting on that like I'm waiting to see Obama get thrown out over the birth certificate. Good Luck!

Just losing the office that she has been planning and scheming to win her entire adult life is more punishment then any prison sentence in her mind. However the Clinton's have no intention of riding off into the sunset. They are grooming daughter Chelsea for a congressional seat in their district that will be vacated when the present occupant retires. They have even bought a house next door to their own for Chelsea to move into to gain residency status for a run for that seat. The Clintons will never end their corrupt political dynasty willingly.

Actually it's Hillary's addiction to corrupt behavior added to Obama failing to appoint an independent counsel to investigate Hillary's scandals. It was the Benghazi scandal that led to the discovery of Hillary doing government business on a private email server. And it was the investigation of the email server that led to the discovery of the Clinton Foundation scandal. Congress was just doing it's job while the Obama administration was circling the wagons to protect her. The Clinton's have been one steady stream of scandals from their political beginnings in Arkansas through their eight years in the white house, and did not stop while Hillary was serving as Senator or Secretary of State.

Nice try, but this is about Hillary unless Hussein pardons the wench on the way out the door.

I say he doesn't and Hillary will go about her business.

No. We haven't done this. Ever.
