Since there is a thread asking if the winners are conducting themselves with class and Maturity I figured I would start a thread asking if the losers are conducting themselves with class and maturity.

One thing I know, in these days of CCTV and cell phone pics and vid, nobody gets away with this stuff. If the Portland authorities want to, they can eventually get every one of those rioters.

I know I feel more strongly than ever that IT'S TIME FOR TRUMP.

Most democrats I know are moving forward and have offered opinions of wary optimism.

The few "snow-flake" types will continue to cry anyways.

It would help........................ if some on here would stop spiking the football.

It has been a couple of days since one of the most dramatic elections in this countries history.

You should be wondering why there is not a year long party in its honor.

So you see...

Not every Democrat is a democrat, it might appear. ;)
I expect they are not, in fact, democrats - rather, they are likely progressive, or even socialist in bent. To such a one, I suspect that the election of Trump to the presidency indicates that the system and perhaps even the country does not now and may not ever behave or enact policies in a way that they agree with.

Thus, a feeling of abandonment and/or rage...To them, the system has completely failed, so they are attacking the system they can see.

Or probably something like that, I expect.

So because some Star Trek actor and bunch of ****tards don't understand we don't live in a direct democracy that justifies rioting and beating up Trump-tards?

I voted Trump Won and that's all that matters, etc.

The protesters will go away, but personally, and although I voted for Hillary, I find it pathetic.

Some 6,000,000 people that voted for Obama last time, didn't show up this time. What good can you say about an electorate that can't be bothered to get off its backside to prevent someone like Trump from being elected?

These people are protesting the wrong thing. For all the awareness these days about "shaming," these people should be holding marches shaming those who didn't vote. You can't blame Trump voters; they came out and voted for their candidate in all the right places. And it doesn't matter if he lost the popular vote. We elect our Presidents through the electoral college and everyone knew it going in. This happened in 2000, along with a bunch of self-righteous fools voting 3rd party, even more not voting, and we all know where that got us. But here we are again.

I say tough s**t. Go home, go about your lives, and hope that things turn out for the best. If things turn out badly, there is someone to blame. Just make sure you blame the right people.

Those that accepted that they lost and moved on, yes. Otherwise, the ones whining about it, absolutely not.

We will see. Last time, in 2008, the losers reacted by taking their ball and refusing to play, whining and pouting and vowing to fight everything and anything that the President proposed (even if it were their own ideas). The losers folded their arms, stamped their feet and proclaimed that their number one goal was to make Obama a one term President. They showed the lowest of low respect for the President and refused to admit that he was legitimate. I am much more concerned with the damage that THAT kind of immaturity causes to our democracy than a handful of angry kids. Will the Democrats act as immaturely as the Republicans? We will see.

I don't blame people for not voting, really.

I blame the democratic party, for fielding a candidate who could not or would not inspire people to do so.

They brought a robotic, obvious, politician to a inspiration fight.

Hell, I voted for Clinton because I was worried about Trump - but that doesn't mean I wanted to. I wanted to vote for a 3rd party, because **** this bull**** we are presented with as an option. I would have done so, but the polls said he had a decent chance, or at least it wasn't a forgone conclusion. So I had to vote in opposition to Trump.

But I can easily understand how millions of people wouldn't want too.

So no.

It isn't 3rd parties at fault, or voters who wouldn't force themselves to vote for someone they didn't believe in.

It's the democratic party.
And maybe more than that, it's the unwillingness of liberals and progressives to explain their views to those who disagree. I think too many just assume that since they're obviously right, everyone will fall in line. Or that conservatives are just completely unreachable.

And look where that has led.

1.I believe Obama had democrat majority in the house and senate when he first got into office. It was how he was able to pass Obama-care. So it didn't matter who pouted or folded their arms.

2.A handful of conspiracy loons believing in the e the Obama wasn't born here lie concocted by Clinton's campaign is not the whole republican party. Just like all the **** brain loony leftist who claim Bush stole the elections do not represent all democrats.

3.When Bush was in office loony leftists accused Bush of lying for war even though both democrats and republicans have been saying Saddam had WMDs and Saddam had a record of using WMDs at least a dozen times and led people to believe that he did have WMDs by acting shady when it came to UN inspectors.Loony leftists also accuse Bush of masterminding 911. Loony leftist accused Bush of being a racist because an incompetent mayor and governor in Louisiana did not evacuate their citizens.Loony leftist accused Bush of going AWOL.Loony leftists drew Bush as some big eared troll and made fun of the fact he wasn't articulate. Loony leftist called Bush stupid even though Bush wen to a prestigious university and did better than John Kerry. Loony leftist anti-war trash protested outside Bush's home.Loony leftists in San Francisco wanted to name a sewage treatment plant after Bush, that ballot initiative failed.Loony leftist kept filling lawsuit after lawsuit in Florida because they didn't like the vote count and the multiple vote counts.
