Do you think Donald Trump is a racist? Sexist? Bigot?

Do you think Donald Trump treats people of race, sex, or beliefs differently because of their race, sex or beliefs?

Keeping it simple. You either do or you don't.

I think it is time to stop speculating what he might be, and hoping for what he can be.

He loves his WWE, but Trump has a great heart, and he cares about the right things generally. I dont mind his rough edges at all, it is part of what makes him interesting and fun.

Racist, no I doubt it. Sexist, most likely

But he did definitely play to the racists during the campaign

I don't know what he is. But I'm not gonna bother speculating on it any longer.

I can't answer because you included 3.

I dont know or dont think he is "racist"
He definitely has sexist and bigoted views and at least commonly makes sexist and bigoted comments. The evidence of that is monumental.

Regardless, if he can keep that under control and not make any policies that reflect that, it is what it is. BUT some of the things he says he "wants" to do or "will" do are already in the bigoted category so we will see. He hasn't done anything yet nor can he.

I didn't mean it to come across as all 3 or none of the three. The question is more do you think he is either of those 3 things.

He certainly gets called each of them plenty.

I'm actually starting to like the guy.... :3oops:

I don't think he is any of these.

He is the victim of a Democrat political campaign. Pure and simple.

I mean, how many people here still believe that Mitt Romney is a racist?

Yet during the 2012 political election process, the left insisted to blacks that Romney was looking to "Put them back in chains" (literally, thats a direct-ish quote.. by Joe Biden)

The left, through their surrogate of "celebrities", also made damned sure that we believed that George Bush was an evil racist as well.

It is a regular pattern that the left uses during campaigns of character assassination.

The purpose of this is to "get out the <insert minority group here> vote".

That is why Donald Trump mentioning illegal immigration and the fact that many illegal immigrants who cross the border into America come here and commit crimes got turned into "Donald Trump is calling mexicans rapists!!!!!" Ignoring the fact that he stated that others are good people.

That is why Donald Trump, when speaking about accepting refugees, suggested that we stop allowing muslim refugees in the country until we can find a way to properly screen them. That got taken out of context and twisted into, "OMFG Donald Trump wants to ban muslims!!!!!!1111!!!11one!!!

This is why Donald Trump, when speaking negatively about someone and calling them a name (which I don't agree with) would have his words twisted when he called a woman a name (as opposed to when he did the same things to men... which is apparently okay according to the left) into him being being someone who doesn't respect women. The way I see it, which again I don't agree with him running around name calling, is that your gender is not a shield from criticism from Donald Trump. I just wish he wouldn't use name calling as an accessory to his criticism of a person.

To those without a proper logical method of arguing with me, they will just claim I am "excusing anything he says". I'm not. If you disagree, please provide some reason for WHY you disagree with me that isn't based on emotion and hyperbole.

There is undoubtedly comments that he has made that certainly make it seem like he looks down on minorities and women and does not respect views that differ from his own.

Now there is an argument that can be made that he didn't mean them as people are taking his comments. But you can't deny he has made questionable comments.

People who claimed that about Romney and Bush were certainly stretching it a bit. They didnt give nearly the amount of questionable comments Trump has.

I think he's a cretin. ( I couldn't help myself)

Seriously, are conservatives ever responsible for their own words and actions? Conservative does something wrong, and right away, you blame liberals or the media. It is like a kneejerk reaction.

From your reply is it safe to say you think he is at least 1 of the 3?

I find it extremely ironic that you stated the bolded part above, considering the first portion of my post you responded to.

The left is notorious for not respecting views that differ from their own, and thus they engage in the character assasination methods I mentioned previously.

I suggest you watch some of Ben Shapiro's interview with Piers Morgan about gun control following the Sandy Hook shooting, it fully explains the mentality that the left have been using for decades when someone disagrees with them on policy.

Does that excuse Trump's use of the left's very own tactics back on them? No.

But the fact that the left is up in arms over Trump for using the same exact tactics they have been using on the right for decades is quite telling. And apparently their response was to ensure the media worked overtime to assassinate his character in such a manner that has caused so many Young Americans so easily swayed by propaganda to outright riot over a Democratic Election process in this Country.

I blame the media's pro-Clinton propaganda during the Campaign for the outrage these people feel, since they are angry about the election of what they VIEW Donald Trump to be, not what he actually is.

I don't know, but we'll probably find out.

Certainly he has said some questionable things, that require some mental and verbal gymnastics to explain away.

Couple things here.

1. I am not the left.
2. I am not talking about the left.

I suggest you watch some of Ben Shapiro's interview with Piers Morgan about gun control following the Sandy Hook shooting, it fully explains the mentality that the left have been using for decades when someone disagrees with them on policy.

Again, not talking about the left. I am asking about Donald Trump. He and he only. What Trump does or does not do or say has nothing to do with the what the left does or doesn't do.

The main idea here is that there are plenty of threads that talk about the left. Hypocrisy. ect ect ect. This is about Donald Trump.

So you pretty much ignored my request to actually disagree with me and explain yourself by whining.

What I demonstrated was NOT a "knee jerk reaction". It was specific examples in which the left (through their surrogate, the mainstream media) twisted the actual context of Trump's words into a false narrative with the intent to paint him as one of the left's favorite "ists" in order to assassinate his character, with the added bonus of making him less appealing to specific voter groups.

If you aren't going to actually respond with something of substance, please don't bother responding with more whining.
