Or is the GOP headed for another loss of the Hill in 2018

The most dangerous thing that could have happened, was the GOP having both houses, Trump has proved you can mobilize idiots to vote against their own interests in numbers no one expected and on his coat tails, they kept congress.

Too afraid to challenge him, they may, and I say may, let him go too far in a few places.

Except that quite a few powerful Repubs are sworn enemies of Trump right now. It's possible that they'll bury the hatchet, but the party's troubles over this division are far from over.

Trump has proved that the elite have lost America.

The leaders lost their followers.

And they deserved to.

Trump comes to Washington with not only a mandate but as one of the must successful winners America has seen in a long time, and the R's run the entire show..... those with an R by their name will get in line, they dont have a choice in the matter really, America has spoken.

These midterms will favor the Republicans. I voted other because the Congress with work with Trump in anything that makes sense to them but will fight him if he tries being a liberal Democrat on some things. I'm talking generally speaking though. I can't predict what the far right wackos like Ted Cruz will do.

"Them that are going, get on the wagon. Them that ain't, get out of the way!"

That's exactly the kind of hubris that leads a president to cost his party's control of Congress. Trump remains hugely unpopular.
