Excuse? What pray tell are you blathering about? Did he or did he not make the letter public? If he did I'll gladly retract and go along with the idea that he did it for political purposes. If he didn't well then you really don't have much of a leg to stand on.

Numerous reports of Giuliani receiving information from retired FBI agents, who in turn receive it from serving FBI Officers. They should be severely disciplined. Aside from interfering with an election, they are actively interfering with ongoing investigations.
Congress who he had sworn an oath to if he received more-pertinent information would be informed, which he did by letter. They leaked the letter.
 
This is real great.... back in July democrats loved Comey, in October they hated him and now they are back in love....what a love hate relationship democrats have with those who agree with them. We will have to see how much they love the Queen of Corruption in a couple of years.
