Where is the actual evidence?
Bruh. Answer my question.
Where is the actual evidence?
Thanks for this post. The U6 number is actually a testament to a good economy: people can afford to retire, stay in school, be stay at home moms.
I am not sure who these people are that you think should be working. The US unemployment rate is 4.9%. It is as low as 3.0% and even less in many states. This is considered full employment. An economy in paralysis is not typically characterized by full employment.
Unemployment Rates for States
We have a mature economy, including a mature population. Most of the spending in our economy is done by persons under 50....So, while its fun to bash Obama for slow economic growth and people out of the workforce, your anger is misdirected. You need to bash your grandmother for getting older, not buying new houses, cars and furniture and not wanting work anymore.

...and, while we are whipping you behind the woodshed, your impression that no one is starting businesses is also wrong.
Business start-up activity is surging. Here's why.
Thanks for this post.
I'm blown away by all the talk from the Trump campaign and some GOP corners, as to how badly our economy is supposedly doing!
The last few years have been pretty good from what I can see anecdotally amongst friends, family, and business associates. And all the relevant national numbers look pretty good too, that I can see.
But there seems to be citizens following these guys that personally feel they are doing badly economically. I chalk it up to perhaps a divide between demographics and geography. If you're a professional, educated, and urban - chances are things feel O.K. If your rural, uneducated, moderate or low skilled, rustbelt - then maybe you're not too happy. Disparate stereotypes obviously, but just trying to illustrate.
But here's what I see:
- Low interest rates
- Low inflation
- Stable & rising housing markets
- Strong equity markets
- Low unemployment (approaching full employment in many states/areas)
- Rising wages
- Workplace participation rising
And perhaps most importantly: Steady easy growth in all the above, but not racing to a bubble!
So what's not to like?
So... acid's back, then? Here we have a thread that indeed mentions incriminating yourself, and the prisoners don't seem to have a clue about stupidity. Alex Jones is on the cutting edge, no matter what prisoner has a problem with that fact. No amount of education, either, can do a thing about stupidity, it must do violence to itself, turn on itself. That is why AJ is beyond the prisoners here, squinting out from their position in the curare-resin Matrix, caught fast by the information-compromised hormones of youth. "Chewy! Can you hear me?! Can you see me?!"
I've now produced 2 separate articles discussing Kelly's harassment. Kelly herself is keeping her prized information to herself, until her book comes out.
We're currently dealing with your denial. Kelly's claim is in her book. On sale soon!
Are you typing in Old English?
Yes Kelly is a hypocrite, because she remained silent publicly while several women were being harassed in Kelly's own place of work , but now she devotes countless hours of her TV show to insinuating that Trump sexually harassed women.
See how that works?
Was she sexually harassed by Donald Trump?
Did Trump call her an airhead bimbo?
One answer is yes, and the other is no. Can you figure out which is which?
She's smart, but he blond hair and great body didn't hurt her any. Think she wore a potato sack to her job interview? Doubt it. Her sexy pics floating around the Internet appear to be enough to show her hypocrisy.
She's an obnoxious whore that has a dirty mouth talking about her breasts and her husbands penis on public airwaves with Howard Stern.
She's going to devote a whole chapter to Roger Ailes and his gropey hands in her new book.
Who would have thought that liberals would be first in line to buy a Megyn Kelly book?
she's completely trying to backseat drive the republican party. she should be fired just for trying to undermine democracy.
um how would her looking sexy in a picture make her a hypocrite?
She wants respect for women, then has sexy photos of herself taken. You haven't see all the photos I take it? She ain't squeaky clean.
why should you not respect women with sexy photos?
A lot of irony there.
Well, yes these trends have been going on for quite a while. But while some things like factory work has gone down, other things like I.T. and Healthcare do very well. The wealthy see small income gains the same way the poor see income losses. They take for granted that the lions share of economic gains have gone to them for 40 years :
And the wealthy have a disproportionate influence over the headlines.

We will always have to make sensible personal choices as to what and where we do business.
But I was speaking about the economy in general, and where we are in relation to where we just were. Right now things have been doing pretty well under Obama. We are expanding remarkably steadily, and recently rising wages are an excellent example of this.
Check this out: NYT: U.S. Economy Grew 2.9% in 3rd Quarter, Picking Up the Pace
But while we're moving along smoothly, we are not going gangbusters - and that's why I fear Trump. It took 8 long years, several of them very dark, to get to the point of rising wages; and I believe a Trump Presidency will destroy all that. Our economy is doing reasonably well, but is not so robust as to withstand extreme shock! Trump would plunge us into the abyss!
With me, you don't have to try very hard to make the argument for a little less at the top, to be spread down in the middle & below.Absolutely, unemployment is down and that's heavily related to wages :
Many Americans feel that they are far better off than they were 8 years ago. And i'd bet that many on Wall Street are bemoaning how their annual bonuses are not growing like they used to prior to the housing crash.
The fact of the matter is that when the average American makes gains, that essentially must take from somewhere, and it's actually a good thing to apply some downward pressure against the largesse at the tip of our socioeconomic spectrum.
Especially after the American public lost trillions bailing out wealthy crooks.
Foxnews is getting harder and harder to watch with the overly sexual Megyn Kelly polluting the airways
She's a completely subjective "journalist" that imo is a disgrace to the journalism profession. This woman is obsessed with the subject of sex. People that watch foxnews want to hear fair and balanced news, not an extension of Loveline with Dr. Drew.
I am unsure why she has such a personal axe to grind with Donald Trump. Perhaps she is doing it for selfish reasons - attract more popularity and attention. Perhaps she is auditioning for another show and get a bigger contract.
Remember, this "journalist" has no problem with going on the Howard Stern show and talking about her breasts and her husbands penis.
That interview with Newt just crossed the line for me. Newt completely exposed Megyn for the fraud she is.
Foxnews is becoming more like the tablouds and they really need to get rid of the cancers on that station - Shep Smith and Megyn Kelly being the two biggest culprits.
