Trump and tax returns

Would Trump release his tax returns if his condition(s) are met?

I think he has been hurting his brand since he got off that escalator last year and started his "I hate Mexican's " campaign. But that is just me, and his brand will be damaged if he does not achieve his goal of becoming president because he has been saying all along what kind of a person he is. He says he is a winner, he has a winning mentality and he does not like people who loose, so loosing (if he is going to loose) is going to put him in the same pool as John McCain and Mitt Romney, the losers he has despised for their loosing ways.

So if he looses his brand will be lead by a loser (not my opinion, everybody looses from time to time, he has lost and will loose again in the future).
