Who Should Moderate the Debates?

Deadly serious if you want a real debate on the issues instead of grandstanding by media people looking for a 'gotcha' sound bite. I could also add Greta Van Sustern to the group.

Great idea including Laura Ingraham. I'm sure she wouldn't be biased, even though she's helping Trump with debate preparation.

An unknown, non politically aligned person who will moderate it fairly.
Your mom?

Sorry, I've had this juvenile urge to say that ever since I saw the thread title.

Is she? I wasn't aware of that. Last night she was lamenting that he didn't seem to be doing any debate preparation. So who are you going to get that doesn't care who is elected? An almost impossible task yes? So I would push for people who know HOW to be unbiased and she would top my list as having that ability and the integrity to use that ability in a debate. We know none of the other media types who have hosted debates thus far have exercised that ability even if they knew how to do so.

Mitt Romney has recommended Candy Crowley. She was fair in 2012.

I disagree. I thought she overstepped her bounds when she interrupted Romney the way she did.

Yep, and more than once interjected a correction of a candidate's answers. I wouldn't allow her within a mile of a debate.

I was being sarcastic. Hope I'm funnier in real life.

Former acting Attorney General Peter Keisler. even liberals noted he was the fairest and most intellectually honest member of the Bush DOJ. He's also far smarter than any of the choices listed above. He was a legend as a speaker (parliamentarian) of the famous Yale Political Union-probably the best ever

I'm astonished that Chris Wallace isn't on the list.

I say it should be Leslie Jones from SNL...just to watch her make Trump squirm with inadequacy.

But if not her, then how about Henry Kissinger? Nobody can question his conservative cred...and I'd dearly love to watch Trump try to keep up like a petulant child watching a discussion between two of the most experienced diplomats in our lifetimes.

Should she wear her Ghostbusters uniform?

If both of them moderated that would be awkward as heck. However, I don't want to see any more of Leslie Jones. NO.No.No.No.No. Not after her nudies surfaced. No thankie. She's ugly and I never found her the slightest bit funny, but then again I don't get today's humor all that much and I'm one of those dreaded millennials.

She also has a hard time speaking clearly in English, or maybe that is the one act she has.

Somebody from Monday Night Football? Where's that option?;)

Edit: Nevertheless, I voted for Jorge Ramos, for the obvious reason that it would take maybe just one of his questions to get under the Assassinator-in-Chief's thin skin.

Why woulds Ramos have something against Hillary?

It's true, but it's not the only thing he does and I don't think any millennials know him as that. They just see him on AGT.

Would that be the same idiots that think Trump is a reality TV star?
