The woman has a law degree? Did not know that, reading her ramblings are enough for me to know all I really wanted to know. Why she a talking head instead of practicing Law, why learn a profession then not practice it, seems nuts to me, oh wait, never mind.

she was top of her class at Cornell, accepted into Michigan Law as a non resident (not easy) graduated at the top of her class-U of M law review and order of the coif, then clerked for a US court of appeals judge and was a Dept of Justice Honors program hire. Translation, Coulter's credentials at age 28 were good enough for her to gain (if she wanted) a tenure track professorship at a school like Columbia, Cornell, NYU or UCLA law school

Impressive. So she herself never actually practiced Law, all that education and then off to writing gibberish, go figure.

clerking for a federal judge is sort of practicing law. Kind of like being a community organizer or a lecturer at a law school

coulter practiced law in NYC after her clerkship and then worked for the Senate Judiciary committee

a bit more on Mao

The Legacy of Mao Zedong is Mass Murder

According to the authoritative “Black Book of Communism,” an estimated 65 million Chinese died as a result of Mao’s repeated, merciless attempts to create a new “socialist” China. Anyone who got in his way was done away with -- by execution, imprisonment or forced famine.
For Mao, the No. 1 enemy was the intellectual. The so-called Great Helmsman reveled in his blood-letting, boasting, “What’s so unusual about Emperor Shih Huang of the China Dynasty? He had buried alive 460 scholars only, but we have buried alive 46,000 scholars.” Mao was referring to a major “accomplishment” of the Great Cultural Revolution, which from 1966-1976 transformed China into a great House of Fear.

I don't like seeing 32,000 deaths a year that are completely preventable.

Says the man who also tries to defend and excuse the largest industrial killer of the 20th Century.

And where the hell is your proof about Mao "murdering 20 million people." I know for a fact that the only way you came to that number is including Japanese and Nationalist casualties in WWII and the Chinese Civil War, or by counting victims of famines when there were far worse famines in capitalist ruled countries in South America or British ruled India (search up 1943 Bengal Famine.)

Anti Rightist Campaign
Great Leap Forward
Cultural Revolution

Mao actually is responsible for something more like 45-75 million, rather than 20.

Like the inconvenient truths that 100 million Native Americans were killed by white settlers?

The inconvenient truths that Jim Crow level segregation continues to this day in the south?

The inconvenient truths that Ronald Reagan nearly collapsed the U.S economy and was suffering from alzheimer's while in office?

I could go on.

Were there even a hundred million Native Americans in North America at the time?

Studies place the number for the entirety of the Americas at fifty to a hundred million. Did us Americans kill every Native American in the Americas?

It was over 400 years of oppression, colonization, and genocide.

Doesn't answer the question of whether there were even that many Native Americans left for whitey to wipe out.

But hey--- at least with Mao he'd kill you and your family fast instead of letting it drag out

More like he would feed your family, give you free education and healthcare, and give you a much brighter future than any other Chinese leader in history could.

that's a comedy routine

I didn't realize dead people could have a future, much less a bright one.

Yeah, because free education for all is such a joke, right? /s

I think most of us who are not brainwashed little red book carrying bots would call it RE-EDUCATION

Chinese literacy rate is nearly 100 percent today. When Mao took power, it was closer to 50 percent, and probably less for women. Mao has done more for the cause of literacy and education than anybody else in Chinese history.

so he killed all those who couldn't read? good to know

I think it is the trio of Clement Attlee, Harry Truman and George Marshall plan for their work towards NATO, the United Nations and most importantly the Marshall plan, with those three decisions they have contributed to the safety and security from world wars since 1945 until today.

But as only Attlee was in your list, I had to choose him but Truman could have also been on that list.

Shhh. Howard Zinn told him all about this.

Keep going until you are gone. And what the Hell is Bill Clinton on that list for?

Who's Howard Zinn?
Do your blood pressure and any shred of optimism you might have for the rising generation a favor: don't Google that question.

Mathematically this belongs next to your earlier claim that most violent crime was old white people.

The inconvenient truths that Jim Crow level segregation continues to this day in the south?

I live in the South. This claim is similarly disconnected from reality.

The inconvenient truths that Ronald Reagan nearly collapsed the U.S economy

Aww, now don't be snooty about your law school, at least he is studying law, but it is obvious there are still some courses to take, some History courses would do wonders.
To be fair, I set him up to that because ganapathy had begun his career here by letting us all know that he was from a "nationally ranked school", and I found it funny he went straight from that to trying to bump chests with Turtle. On gun statistics, no less. So that's my fault. :)

But yeah. Deep historical ignorance.
