Is it time for Hillary to drop out of the race?

Time for Hillary to Drop Out?

The BEST thing for America will be for Hillary to win the dem nomination. IF that should happen, Johnson/Weld should easily hit 15% and be allowed to participate in the national debates. If THAT happens...there will be absolutely no question who the best candidate is for President. Its wishful thinking but not completely unrealistic to assume that with as much Trump and Hillary are hated by their own parties, a qualified team of governors that were twice elected in fairly liberal states, might draw 34% of the total vote.

THAT would be a fantastic scenario for this country. Congress would keep things relatively in check but most importantly...the message would be sent to the two major parties to stop sending up these horrific turds as candidates, or else.

You REALLY dont want the House picking the next POTUS.

Quite so. Gary Johnson is far superior to either Hillary or Trump.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Mark.

I certainly agree strongly with parts of them...and disagree with others.
I think Sanders would make a far better president than Clinton.

Clinton vs Trump is yet another "lesser of two evils" situation, for me.

Assuming...ASSUMING...this is all pie in the sky...that he were to win a majority and it were to go to the House (assuming big states like California couldnt be brought to sway) is it that unreasonable to believe that a GOP majority house would vote for someone other than their candidate? I realize the dems are too invested in hive mind...and if they won a majority they would choose but I dont see them winning the house with Hillary as their nominee.

So...dare to dream, baby...

I appreciate you mentioning that...although as I am sure you guessed...I disagree with you.

It happens.

Read the entire page...and you will see that I handled that bit of nonsense with dispatch.

Mmmm...is that what you think. Interesting.

But what you want is for me to jump through hoops for you...which I am laughing at.

No, what I wanted was for you to back up your own arguments, which you never did.

The House as now constituted would NOT be the deciding factor.

The NEWLY ELECTED House would do the voting. And the voting would not be with member majority...but with state majority deciding.

There are going to be more states dominated by Republicans than states dominated by Democrats. The 39 million people of California will get ONE VOTE (probably for a Democrat) and the 600,000 people of Wyoming will also get ONE VOTE (probably for a Republican.)

Letting the House decide would be my nightmare.

And the Republicans can elect ANYONE...not just the candidates who ran.

From where I sit...they could elect you and I would be more happy than with the current clown car of options.

Queen wannabe Hillary is steadily losing ground by the hour.
Don't think she'll have a strong run in California...turn her over,she's done.

Sometimes democracy is messy. That's just the way it is (or, rather, the way it SHOULD be)...

I would be hard pressed to believe that those who think Trump is the most qualified are "smarter" folk. I'm not a Hillary supporter by any stretch of imagination, but Trump is an embarrassment.

again, I think Hillary is far worse. lots of smart people want Hillary because they are fans of big government. Lots of smart people don't want Hillary because they figure while Trump could be bad, hillary will be worse. That's my position

Anyone who thinks Donald Trump is the most qualified of the candidates to be president...probably would be eliminated from the voter rolls if we had an intelligence test for voter qualification. He is an abomination as a candidate.

Since I wrote:

I fail to see how your response deals with what I wrote in any way.

see that shows how stupid the left is. I know dozens of people with IQs in the 135+ range who are voting for Trump. One of the top plastic surgeons in the country is voting for Trump. Hillary is an abomination as well

The people who routinely score the lowest on IQ tests are going to vote for Hilary at rates of 90+ percent. I think you on the left who smugly claim how smart Hillary supporters are ought to stow that crapola

Anyone who favors Donald Trump to represent the United States on the world's stage...(in the words of so many conservatives here)...hates America.

Just the opposite.

I wouldn't say far worse. Maybe slightly worse. Though we don't actually know how Trump would govern because he just says whatever he thinks is will get play. Almost as dishonest as Hillary.

So regardless, we're still screwed and it's still and embarrassment.

I don't want either, I'm voting for Gary Johnson.

The justices we get from the GOP are less objectionable than people like Kagan

trump and his smear machine are already attacking Johnson and Weld.

Johnson has strength in the 4-corners states and NV.

trump could finish 3rd in NM.

Johnson needs a money man like Huntsman Sr. .
