So jumpy you didn't even read the top line.
Being fired because you are a certain race falls in line with the "Government/
Business/
Other Official Entities.
And, you have no clue whether or not I have watched it ruin my ability to provide for my family. Since you don't know me.
I have also watched racial favoritism in hiring practices create a situation where several women were sexually abused by a law enforcement officer who didn't belong in law enforcement.........

No, you haven't watched it ruin you or yours...because if you had, you would not be trying to protect the "right" of anyone - be it a person/government/business/whatever - to ruin you or yours just because they don't like what you are. You can give the Bart Simpson excuse of "you never knew me or saw me so you can't know" all you want...but you have not walked a mile in the moccasins of those who have known true discrimination all their lives.
And one more thing, on the SINGLE example you tried to provide. The problem with that, sir, is it's a SINGLE example. If you'd walked in the shoes of those who've known true discrimination, they see crap like that against them and theirs almost every day, sometimes multiple times each day...like when a black man walks into a store and all of a sudden everybody's watching him just because he's black, waiting for him to do something wrong...and if anything goes wrong, all too eager to automatically point the finger at him.
Anyone who's lived under the thumb of discrimination and prejudice knows how pervasive it is, how it spreads and covers every little nook and cranny of human interaction to the point where even the actions of the most well-meaning of people are affected and informed by prejudice no matter how hard they try to avoid it...
...but just because it is so pervasive is NO reason to just throw up one's hands and say, "Everybody's this way, so let everybody have a right to discriminate!" Because when discrimination is allowed by society and by law, when it becomes a 'right', when it's accepted and encouraged, it leads to very bad places indeed...
...or have you learned nothing from Apartheid, Jim Crow, the Holocaust, the Armenian genocide, the Jewish ghettos (from long before the Nazis, btw), and every other instance where a single race, ethnicity, or religion was singled out for exclusion, imprisonment, or outright execution? Have you learned nothing from human history?
