What makes you think Trump will win the nomination?
Did I say that?
What makes you think Trump will win the nomination?
President Trump would add to the sum of global entertainment 1000%.
Weetabix sales would also soar.

The way you suggested it was either Trump or Clinton, it seemed to follow.
some doubt that he is going to file his financial information but he said that he will. I too have my doubts but if he takes the time (and hires the actors for his speech yesterday) and officially announces his run for president, then he must file or he will be seen as a fake/loser/trickster and IMO image is everything for the Donald.
In Trump's mind, there's probably a lot of truth to this.
I don't pretend to know the heart or mind of anybody, and that includes Donald Trump. I try really hard to judge people by what they do, and not by their personal philosophy or ideology. And he doesn't NEED to do this to enrich the Trump brand. If anything he is taking a risk knowing that he is inviting scrutiny of every aspect of his personal life and business dealings should he start gaining any traction in the polls. They're probably already scouring for whatever dirt they can find or whatever they can make look like dirt even now. But yeah, I would pay good money to see Donald Trump debate Hillary.
He said the moment he lost all confidence in Rubio was when he went he went for the bottled water during the most important speech of his life. It was pretty funny.....
He's a deep thinker, that Donnie, isn't he?
Saw Jeb on TV and he could not keep a straight face when Trump was mentioned. I think he knows that Trump will make a laughing stock of the whole Republican field and I agree.Trump makes it quite clear and in your face how insane and out of touch the true ideals of the Republican party are. As far as risk taking, Trump has nothing to lose and everything to gain from the notoriety his "candidacy" will bring. It will be short lived though because he will never officially file because of the financial disclosure requirement.
I hadn't thought about that. He freely states his net worth, but a number of anti-trump or the Trump-envy group have always thought he was overstating his wealth. But I don't think he has to declare until he is the nominee does he? So he could make it all the way to the convention.
No. Trump must file within 30 days of the announcement that he is a candidate. We will see soon enough if he is serious.
Well you made me look it up and you are more right than I was. But according to this short explanation the filing can be sufficiently vague that it might not be a problem for the Donald.

Thanks for the link. It looks like with extensions, Trump can delay his filing until Sept. at least. That means he will certainly be in the August debate. I can't wait.
