She gets caught calling people names for something SHE misunderstood, she doesn't apologize for anything, she just pretends that she's entitled to insult others while pretending to point out where others are insulting her. Typical entitled liberal.

Why would I apologize to you? I have nothing to apologize for. While I did admit that I was mistaken, you still said that you would be for those who hire illegals to be charged with a capital crime (which primarily comes with the death penalty). You said you wanted punishment swift, otherwise you aren't interested.

Is that not what you said here?

It wouldn't for the simple reason that the death penalty takes decades, at the very least, to carry out. If it happened the next day, yes, as it stands now, no.

So you don't want the illegals to be put to death - you want the business owners that hire them to be put to death. Quickly. Within a day of being found guilty of hiring illegals.

Is that what you are saying?

Also, I am not entitled, nor am I a liberal. For about the millionth time.

Tell that to the families of police officers slain by disgusting maggots like the guy who was in Pennsylvania last year

i have zero issue killing people who have committed capital crimes

I would also add child molesters to the list if I had my druthers.....but, alas the public doesn't see it the sMe way I do

Are police officers the only ones who are supposed to be pitied when they are killed? Just wondering, because that's all you mentioned. There are murders every single day, many that go unsolved, but you are focused on cops?

If you don't understand why the murder of police officers is different than the murder of an ordinary citizen, I can't help you

You are beyond what I am capable of helping

Both are tragic.....

But ones carries a significance over the other.....

As it should be

It wouldn't for the simple reason that the death penalty takes decades, at the very least, to carry out. If it happened the next day, yes, as it stands now, no. Besides, it's really pointless, just levy a $10,000 fine for every single infraction, going up to the revocation of the business license on the third offense. You won't see anyone hiring illegals.

I think because it takes time to find out who is and isn't hiring illegals a 10,000 dollar fine won't do squat. If an employer has being employing illegals for at least a year or two then that employer has already made back that $10,000 fine for each illegal employed. So a $10,000 dollar fine for each illegal hired is not a deterrent. Throw them in prison, make them subject to severe fines and asset seizure and forfeiture like other criminals who profit from illegal activities. Make it hurt the first time and make public examples of them when caught and employers will use e-verify and do everything they can to make sure they are not hiring illegals.

Why? I'd like to know why you think that cops should be held above others.

Murder is murder.

Answer the question. Did you or did you not say what I quoted? Because I quoted it directly from you.

Yes I did, but as always, you took it completely out of context. That's why you got the facepalm. But I know, honesty is just too much to ask from you.

That's why, after they've been caught three times, they just go out of business regardless and no longer make any money at all. Maybe the second time they're caught, it costs them $100,000 per offense. It might make them think twice.

*facepalm*

When a meme post talks about the fail of something even though it spells "completely like this... "compeltly".....................................................

I didn't make it, I just posted it. Try again.

No I did not take it out of context.

This is your entire post (#14, early in the thread)

I don't know how to break this down any more for you than I already have.

You said that the death penalty would not work because it would take decades to carry out. You then said "if it happened the next day, yes, as it stands now, no."

Now - you are saying that you are only against death for those who hire illegals because it would take too long.

Is that not what you said?

And don't say I am taking it out of context, because the entire comment is listed above.

No I did not take it out of context.

Of course you did. I never suggested it, I never recommended it, I explained why it wouldn't work. But hey, I don't expect you to be honest about it.

I posted your entire quote. It was not taken out of context.

But keep saying it was. It's really helping you.

Would be a legal and financial nightmare since even illegal immigrants are protected under the fourteenth amendment.

Oh ****, it's people like you who are going to raise everyone's taxes by a ****load for no reason

You clearly didn't think things through huh :doh

doh

doh

10+ million people flooding US courts in all areas, and ALL have the right to a trial and to appeals and all this other ****. We'd be screwed.
Clearly it is you who has not thought through what was said. :doh

In context it is showing the absurdity of the OP suggesting it should be a capital crime. But apparently you don't realize that. Double d'oh! :doh :doh

But lets say for ****s and giggles that I was serious. Who said anything about Courts? (which again shows you are not understanding what you read) :doh
You shoot "invaders" on sight. No Court costs incurred. Duh!

Fail because that would be a gross violation of the constitution.

:doh

You again show you fail.

Invasion is an act of war. Stopping those invaders is not a constitutional violation.

Fail, the constitution protects all persons within the United States. SCOTUS has said so. Illegal immigrants enjoy many of the legal rights and a right to a trial is one of them. Summarily executing illegals in US soil is... Illegal...

You're nowhere near the caliber of SCOTUS when it comes to both legal standing and legal understanding.

Now get out of here.

More failure from you again. :doh Figures.
Countering an invasion is a military action.

In order for that to work they have to be caught 2 - 3 times. The goal should be to get them worried about the first time they are caught, not the off chance that they might be caught the 2nd or 3rd time.

So what might be your suggestion? I think a stiff fine, like $10,000 per offense, is fine. Then, of course, you need to have a means to find it and enforce it, I think that, just like having the fire department walk businesses once a year, you ought to be able to have ICE walk in any time they want and check your employee files for employees without legal documentation. Those that have irregularities get checked more often. Those fines pay for the inspections and let's be honest, companies aren't going to have just one illegal employee, they're going to have multiples and it might put the smaller companies out of business the first time they're caught. So be it. It will put lots of companies out of business the second time and by the third, clearly they just don't care and they're going away regardless.
