Blacks then need to:

#1 move up in regards to the level of skill for a given job

or

#2 Work for lesser ****ing money because their job shouldn't deserve the wages they demand.

You, however, are callous and cold hearted. Those 18 people were innocent and would have been executed had "justice" been swift.

on old cases, where a lot of the cases were determined with old science....yes, there are going to be errors

human beings are involved

but if you are proposing that we throw away the death penalty because of 20, 25, 30 year old cases.....i dont see it that way

mistakes are made....the justice system is not perfect....never has been....never will be

There are so many people on this forum calling for illegals to be hung from the rafters - forgive me for making a mistake in a thread that, once again, complains about illegals. Yes, they would have been, and likely many others over years. If we're going to have the death penalty at all then it should be swift. Otherwise just get rid of it.

I was not talking in terms of the forum. I was talking to you. You have no right to attempt to suppress what I say, any more than I have the right to attempt to suppress what you say. The forum has nothing to do with it. Now I said that 18 people would disagree with you that death should be swift. You said I was not there spokesperson, and to let them speak for themselves. What gives you the right to tell me that I am not their spokesperson? What gives me the right to be a spokesperson for them? Jerry. *sigh* I cannot give you the opinion of 18 exonerated death row inmates, as I do not know them personally. I can only make an educated guess that, seeing as how they are no longer on death row, and their innocence has finally been proven, they are happy. They are ecstatic. They are over the moon. That is the best I can do for you.

Tell that to the families of police officers slain by disgusting maggots like the guy who was in Pennsylvania last year

i have zero issue killing people who have committed capital crimes

I would also add child molesters to the list if I had my druthers.....but, alas the public doesn't see it the sMe way I do

Guesses don't work in debate. Factual claims backed by working links to evidence.

You don't know how they felt, you can't rule out suicidal thoughts, so don't try and stand on their imprisonment to win fake point.
