We already had a Clinton vs Bush election. We don't need another.
So very true.

However, this time, there isn't a viable 3rd party candidate that will take 18% of the vote from Bush.

Yeah, they don't allow 3rd party candidates in debates anymore because of that.

Still, we need a "No Legacy" rule.

Are you suggesting voters are too stupid, and need to be banned from voting such ways?

You know... At times I agree with you. However, I just wish we could have some viable test that simply banned some stupid people from voting. As it stands, there is no proper test, or legal basis to do so.

Just think of how damn stupid this nation is as a whole, to keep electing the people we do!

No, I don't think you can restrict people that way. It may make for some hypothetical laugh to ponder what would happen if you banned stupid people from voting, but anyone who is of the governed should have say in the government. Though it is true that an educated people is a necessity for a free Republic.

Really? So many voters for Hillary Clinton? I think she will be one of the most left leaned Presidents in the history of the United States.

She actually has a small number of conservative traits, but she is not a leader. She's a shrill... Or is it Shrew?

Romney did fine amongst conservatives. The myth that they stayed home is a joke. Karl Rove: The Myth of the Stay-at-Home Republicans - WSJ

With all of this talk about "Obama destroying America", and "Obama hates white people", did you really think conservatives were going to stay home and let him ride his way to an easy victory? Nah.

He didn't do good with conservatives. He brought out the people who "always vote" no matter what among Republicans (which is to say he essentially failed). He didn't bring out any new factions and or "grass roots" faction that push you to a win among conservative voters. A lot of would-be conservative voters did point in fact not vote.

Romney was not popular among Evangelicals.

Romney was not popular period. It's no wonder he didn't turn out enough conservative voters.
