Got any links for that? I remember seeing her on the Daily Show and she was pretty darn stern and unwavering in her views.

Yes, she remains strongly supportive of the mission to invade and occupy Iraq, despite the fact that her contemporary intelligence community, by consensus, concluded in their 2006 NIE that the invasion and occupation of Iraq had caused an increase in global terrorism, and made America less safe. She has acknowledged that the sixteen words in Bush's SOTU speech that Joe Wilson said were a LIE, were indeed false, and that it should have been acknowledged such. Bush lied, people died!

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Criticism grew last week over the White House's acknowledgment that President Bush included a 16-word statement in his State of the Union address that was based on false intelligence. The statement was part of Bush's argument to declare war on Iraq. (Bush's 16 words).

Even though Joe Wilson and the CIA disputed it, it remained in his speech as weight to sell his gratuitous war.

In the “Outlook” section on Feb. 3 (“Still Fighting over a flawed case for war”), the (Washington) Post cites memoirs from six key decision-makers, who are unwilling to acknowledge that the Iraq War was a deadly undertaking paved by lies and deceit.

Similarly, Powell paid no attention to the numerous authoritative CIA sources that denied the presence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraqi inventories, and ignored the warning of the former director of IAEA, Hans Blix, who charged “Never before has a nation had 100 percent confidence about its intelligence with 0 percent information.”

Though the chances that she would run seem slim to none, I voted yes. I sure wouldn't have to hold my nose to vote for her. She is extremely well educated, bright, articulate, and competent at everything she is given responsibility to do. Condi accomplished some significant successes as Secretary of State, something Hillary cannot claim, and she has never been party to any kind of serious scandal or questionable behavior or activity. She is a class act and, should she be President, I believe she would allow a hell of a lot less damage to the country than some of her predecessors have done.

Are you serious? A class act?

Class act's don't advocate invading countries with little/no evidence to do so and condemning many brave Americans and many thousands of innocent Iraqi's to death for no good reason during said war. Class act's do not advocate/go along with torture, water boarding, rendition or that incredible abomination of American honor - the opening of Gitmo as a prison....ALL of these things began while she was the number one person in the GW Bush administration on national security. So either she had the idea for them and/or went along with them. A 'class act' would have resigned rather then be a party to ANY of that crap.

So someone that not only advocates torturing people, detaining people without charge indefinitely and starting a war without ABSOLUTELY rock solid evidence to do so (it's not like Iraq posed a direct threat to the sovereignty of the United States either) BUT also played a vital role in a Presidential administration that instigated all these things is a class act in your eyes?

Noted.

And has she shown ANY significant (not trivial - SIGNIFICANT), public remorse for these terrible things that she helped instigate or was aware of and did little to stop? Has she apologized at TREMENDOUS length to all those American soldiers families (let alone the families of all those innocent Iraqi civilians) who were killed thanks to the war she pushed so hard for? No. She goes and judges college football polls and does whatever else she does and seems blissfully unaware of the horrors that her policies unleashed (and continue to unleash) on many innocent people and their friends/families.

As far as I am concerned, she is little more then a well educated, intelligent, articulate bitch.

Good day.

I don't think her association with the GWB Admin will help her, and she still defends going into Iraq.

I also think she'll have the same problem as Mitt, not being able to relate to people. She has no personality and seems cold and unfriendly. How often did you ever see her smile?
