Wrong again because I said all things equal. Meaning that given two products, one made in China, one made in the U.S., if the availability is the same, if the price is the same, if your knew that one was made in the U.S. and one in China, AND YOU STILL BOUGHT THE PRODUCT MADE IN CHINA, then that would be unpatriotic. Get it?
No our markets are a lot bigger then their's and as such they have a lot more to lose than we would.
And what I am saying is that it was a big mistake to have gone down that road and shipped our manufacturing capacity overseas in the first place. That whole whack notion was sold with the snake oil that you could create an economy based on services.
I find it fascinating that bastardized communism in Russia and China have always benefited the ruling elite and screwed the working class folks.
Capitalism, when implemented correctly and fairly, is excellent.
Bastardized communism? How can you bastardize something that hasn't even come close to existing?
Because they were/are not pure communism- hence the bastardized observation.
- They literally never got close.Communism (from Latin communis – common, universal)[1][2] is a socioeconomic system structured upon the common ownership of the means of production and characterized by the absence of social classes, money
States run by Communist parties that adhere to Marxism–Leninism, or some variation thereof, refer to themselves as socialist states. The Soviet Union was the first to proclaim itself a "socialist state" in its 1936 Constitution and a subsequent 1977 Constitution. Another well-known example is the People's Republic of China, which proclaims itself to be a "socialist state" in its 1982 Constitution of the People's Republic of China. In the West, such states are commonly known as "communist states" (though they do not use this term to refer to themselves).
Not based upon this one tiny example.
The U.S. is not currently over regulated.
If it was, US corporations would not be making any profit, and shift all production overseas.
That is not happening.
Reasonable regulation is necessary.
Bastardized communism? How can you bastardize something that hasn't even come close to existing?
The mental gymnastics of a communist are amazing...
Any bit of credibility you had, it just left..
Google "Operation Chokepoint" then say that.
It's literally not a bit, tell me the definition of communism, show me one thing that is even REMOTELY close.
What part of Human Nature can you not understand? Communist, is not possible due to human nature, any time some group of naive or malice jackasses thinks they can achieve it always ends in a hellish nightmare of 250,000,000 killed, billions living in stagnate poverty and under tyranny, how is that not a horrific outcome?
But I guess you can not understand and value things of value and importance like outcomes and cause and effect.
It has never been practiced, again, the human nature argument is hilarious, human nature goes both ways, and is influenced by the system in place.
No, it is a constant state its only falls into to two visions the constrained and unconstrained.
One produces Poverty, Steals and Destroys Creativity and Innovation, and Kills Hundred of Millions of people.
250,000,000!?
Really!?
Can you back up that number?
Oh for the love of god :lamo
Not even close to communism, read me the definition again.
We now here calls that the U.S. must confront the rise of China. However, China's rise has been facilitated by the outsourcing of U.S. manufacturing to places like China, and selling those cheap goods to U.S. consumers. As such, is the outsourcing of jobs overseas patriotic?
It may not be patriotic but it sure as hell is the intelligent thing to do since American wages and worker entitlements have pretty much gone sky high that they are uncompetitive.
As opposed to the communist way of killing millions by oppression and starvation... I'll take the capitalist way anytime.Such is the way of the capitalist.
Such is the way of the capitalist.

How much do Factory workers make in the Soviet Union again? Oh that right.
I know full well what communism is. USSR and Mao's China are prime examples of it. Of course an apologist like you will keep claiming that "Oh but communism has never been implemented"... wrong, those regimes did try but Marx's original ideas were so unworkable that it couldnt get even beyond the theory stage, thats who stupid communism is- it cant even be implemented past a certain point.Ah, and capitalism hasn't killed millions or caused starvation? Ah, keep saying "communist" way, not knowing anything about history, nor mao/stalin. You don't even know what communism is.
The soviet union stopped existing in 1991, first of all, and you obviously know nothing about how the USSR handled anything.
