I have a pretty good knowledge of the history of British and French appeasement of Hitler and Mussolini from 1934 to 1939, and I know very well what appeasement means. You claim to have a knowledge of history yet you have failed to answer the question regarding appeasement- how is Obama appeasing Iran? Be specific. Neville Chamberlain gave Hitler Czechoslovakia, what did Obama give Iran?

Well, that is your good right, I however do not think he is untrustworthy but I know that I do trust him much much much more than Bibi Netanyahu.

Obama is the most unqualified person to ever hold the office of POTUS....When it comes to foreign policy he is clueless or just doesn't care....Step by step he is destroying this country...I truly believe he has the bes interest of Islam at heart and that is the scary thing.

And still he defeated 2 even less qualified persons (or so did the voters decide) and as I have stated before, compared to his predecessor he is a genius (even though he clearly is not).

And if you mean cleaning up the mess that Bush left behind, then yes, he is doing that. And the Islam thing, I did not believe it then and I am believing it even less now.

When are you lefties going to quit blaming President Bush for everything? 10 years, 50 years, 100 years? Did you know that to t his day President Bush still greets the flights coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan with little or no fan fare..................Did you know that 85 senators voted to give him authority to take our Saddam? did you know that everyone thoughtt he had WMD including your girl friend Hillary..........Give me a ****ing break.............Get over it!!!

Netanyahu is the one who leads the country that Iran (and most Arabs) want to destroy. He has much more experience dealing with Iran than does Obama.

Well, I do not blame him for everything. I actually did not say that, but I was talking about who is the better president.

Obama did not oversee a disastrous economic collapse (Bush was not totally to blame but he has a lot of the blame). 85 senators might have voted to give him the authority to take out Saddam but he lied about many of the reasons to go to war. And they were not little white lies.

I do not have any issue with him going to war against Afghanistan, I support him on that. But the war in Iraq was not necessary right there and right then.

Since dealing with Iran has a different end game for each of these players, I'd have to say that I'd trust Netanyahu with the interests of Israel and I'd trust Obama with the interests of America.

What I absolutely wouldn't trust is the word or oath of any representative of Iran.

John I usually agree with you but we part company on this one. I think Obama has shown his interests lie with the Islamic people and not the us.
