Lawyer In California Proposes Killing Gays With 'Sodomite Suppression Act'

Since this measure is buying the guy his 15 minutes, obviously the $200 was well spent.
 
I don't think it's a joke, in that it's supposed to be funny. I also don't think it's a serious attempt to pass a law either. I think he's just doing it to make a point, though I'm not sure what that point is.
 
Looks like some absurd gay-activist stunt. Being an attorney and since the Supreme Court has ruled there can be no death penalty except for murder, he should be disbarred for this stunt as it will cost tax dollars to handle.

Time for a "Lawyer Suppression Act."
