What is this poll meant to prove to anyone? Also, how are we, people who've largely never even met the man in person, supposed to quantify his love for his country? I've only ever seen him act as president where it is his job to run the country; I have no idea how much he actually loves the United States. I having the faintest clue.

If he loves the country, he's got an odd way of showing it.

Haven't you heard what former mayor of NYC Rudy Giuliani said about President?

Good answer. That is what I was thinking.

Also, is that Nano in your avatar?

I have in recent days been willing to give the President the benefit of the doubt. But I've been reminded of certain things:

The best thing Obama can seem to say about the country is that it elected him into office.

Look, it was like a week ago that we were talking about Obama’s inability to criticize the Islamic State without first going out of his way to flagellate the West and America over the Crusades, the Inquisition, slavery, and Jim Crow. Is it really so crazy to think a guy who feels compelled to warn his own countrymen not to get on their “high horse” about child rapists and slavers (who are also beheading and/or immolating and/or burying alive Americans, Christians, Yazidis, and fellow Muslims) might subscribe to an, um, unconventional form of patriotism? (Personally, I think looking down your nose at men who do such things doesn’t require a high horse, or even a pygmy horse, or even any horse at all. A syphilitic kleptomaniacal dwarf with a penchant for peeing the lyrics of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida on your grandmother’s antique bedspread, living at the bottom of a deep well in Death Valley, could still judgmentally look down on such savages without apology and from a great height.)

Countless liberals hate, and I mean hate, the idea that America is the best country around. Stephen Colbert’s whole shtick for the last nine years has been to mock people who love America. And here it is in video:

Obama seems to share that sentiment.

If you are loath to be proud of your country and always point to its faults and never the good things about it then don't blame the rest of us if we see you as unpatriotic.

Nano Shinonome, the one and only person who is totally not in any way a robot.

If an opinion piece says it, it must be true. Keep drinking that koolaid and learning what liberals think from every one but actual liberals.

This whole beating of the chest "I love this country more than you" "No you don't, you obviously hate this country" crap is so tediously boring and asinine.

It's all part of what is ruining everything about politics.

Moronic and immature.

Just keep drinking the kool aid my friends....have a double.

Personally, I have no idea whether or not President Obama loves America or even what America is suppose to be or mean or how it's defined today. It's hard to argue, however, that President Obama isn't one of it's greatest critics internally, but that doesn't mean he hates America. Perhaps he simply wants to see it get better, more to his liking.

Amen. It reminds me of two kids in a playground, arguing over whose dad would win in a fight.

If I hated a nation I'd probably leave. If I loved a nation, I'd stick around and keep it well maintained.

That's because liberals don't think. They "feel".

So, what does it mean when you hate a country and stick around to destroy it. Like obama is doing.

What a crock of ****.

When people say to keep your head in the game, they don't mean to describe it in an open forum.

There are far easier ways to destroy a country than to become one of 59 humans over 200+ years to lead it.

Nothing can be more damaging to a country than the legislation that makes that damage legal.

I've seen damaging legislation come from every office by every president. You disliking this one is simply you disliking this one.

`
Obama does love his American corporate masters, that's for sure.

Not to the level this American hating pResident has. No other person in that office has ever used EO's to over step their Constitutionally defined authority in the manner that he has.
