No, England. And Spain. Mostly, and also France and Belgium. America has to play catch-up still in the Evil Imperialist board game- may never take the lead if Europe is considered as a unit.

England was pretty bad... but they bowed out and we became the problem...

Its the chimps.

Oh come ON!! What THE ****!!! Chimps don't start all the wars or think Sinead O'Connor is a good artist, it is the Americans! If you can't be serious then JUST LEAVE!!

Well said.

Don't forget the Soviets though.

Yes or No

Gee, did you purposely try to skew the poll by capitalizing YES and no is lower case?

Anyway, I'd no more blame America for all that is wrong in the world than I would credit America for all that is right in the world. You can't suggest one without the other. That said, on balance, America has by far been a source of greater good in the world and for that it and its people are to be respected and honoured.

Another "rigged" poll based on what?, I know not ..
Generally , problems are everyone's fault - to a greater or lesser extent . Thus, its WRONG to simply "blame America" ...this is what children may do ..
And, of course, no vote ...

Page 4 and no one has blamed Bush.....whats up with that?

It's not the Canadian Scientologists, it's the Lesbian Rastafarian Environmentalists Tea Party that controls da joos, the Canadian Scientologists are the ones who masterminded 9/11 and got Pres. Obama his birth certificate.

By the way... I love the way the poll was typed

YES
no

Hmmm.... maybe someone is trying to be a little "nuanced" in their approach.

And maybe there is another reason...

Let me try to read between the lines... you are saying that it is NOT all the USA's fault?

When you're the big frog in the pond, everything becomes your fault and no little frog is going to step up to claim the blame.
