The question is pretty straight forward.

I would just like to point out that you are a racist for asking this question.

I know I miss the days when I could criticize Bill Clinton and not have someone tell me that the only reason I was criticizing him was because of his skin color.

I´d argue it has been relativised and overused as a beating stick for disgusting political purposes.

Especialy by frauds like Sharpton.

And because of that, actual racism is being ignored.

And I miss the days when I could post opinions without people claiming I called racism when I had not. Most people, the very mass majority of people do not accuse people of criticizing Obama because he is black. And yet people like to make it out as happening every single ****ing time some one criticizes Obama. In fact, your post is a good example of using race as a bludgeon.

Maybe you should read all of the accusations in this thread about people not liking Obama because of his race - and there were more than a few of them - before you decide what I use as a bludgeon.

Meh. Your side does it. It's stupid, so we make fun of it.

Think about the times someone on the left laughs about getting called socialists, or the birthers.

But I haven't seen the trend of being honestly accused of playing the race card by conservatives when one actually hasn't.

It doesnt have the strikt language rules this forum has and the result is that almoust all right wingers on this forum rant about how:

"The American Negro problem must be solved by arming whites"

"Seperate white only memorials should be built"

"Negros are ethnicaly cleansing white communities"

"You can have a child with a negro woman as long as you dont keep it."

And even worse.

And I bet that you people would be posting the same stuff here if it werent for the rules.

You are missing the point. Should I hold you responsible for birthers for example? You want to broadly generalize what a few do. In this case it involves race, and you are using it to downplay all defense of anything Obama does.

Can you please let me know in my first post what "broad generalization" I made? I made a statement that answered the OP, and it was a reflection on how I answered the OP. And it was a true statement. I criticized Clinton a lot. I criticized Bush a lot too. I never had anyone decide that I didn't like either one of them because of their race.

What do you mean "you people?!"

(Seriously though, your post there sucks and you should be ashamed of it)

**** identity politics. **** racebaiting. **** anyone who plays the race card to silence dissent.

I know you have just pathetically engaged in the despicable behavior this thread is about.

Since when is "Southern" a race or ethnicity?

I know I miss the days when I could criticize Bill Clinton and not have someone tell me that the only reason I was criticizing him was because of his skin color.

I too miss those days :-(

I don't think every liberal engages in this particular tactic, but the 'republicans only oppose Obama because he is black' charge is thrown out there over and over and over again. I got infracted for calling a race baiting troll out on it yesterday in fact. Perhaps its just the same handful of leftist trolls who use it, but they use. A lot.

I never said we were, but thanks for clarifying what your specific bigotry is.

So why should I not be intolerant of a bunch of backwards morons dreaming of days when slavery was still legal?

At least they are not Nazis.

The race card is beyond overused, it is obnoxious and stale. And yes, it is essentially ubiquitous from folks on the left.

So why should I not be intolerant of a bunch of backwards morons dreaming of days when slavery was still legal?

Yup, all southerners want slavery to be legal. Totes magotes.

That sure isn't an ignorant-as-hell, bigoted, and absolutely retarded assertion on your part. Please tell me more about the ridiculous stereotypes you believe.

(And you're from ****ing Germany, of all places. Shouldn't you know better than to do this?)

Oh no fine. I am actualy open to having my mind changed.

So please go ahead and show me some decent people beneath the mason dixon line.
