Imagine what would happen to a person if they marched down Alexanderplatz in Berlin with a swastiker flag?

The confederate flag is nothing like the swastika... You seem to know nothing of American history to try to imply as such

The straight forward answer is of course no.
There are individuals that use racism when there is none and there are individuals that claim someone is just playing the race card when there is in fact real racism. In the big picture though it's not overused because those people are typically recognized as part of the problem.
