No, his words and opinions are though :)

Politically speaking, Huckabee has likely made a big mistake in that IF he should ever become the Republican nominee, this will come back to haunt not only him, but the Republican party as well.

Oh no, the GOP would lose the Beyonce fan base IF that ever happened. ;)

When you're growing up observing & learning from that daddy, Beyonce' can be considered a relatively innocuous influence.

Successful, working to make the world a better place, made it to the pinnacle of their chosen field...yeah, that is such a terrible roll model.

Those are platitudes.
I was thinking more about, like, oh I dunno, him lying.
You know, things that his kids must actually have observed him do as he rose to that pinnacle.

Every one occasionally lies. Nice try though.

She has deliberately over sexualized and vulgarized her songs in order to keep "street cred" given her pretty mundane and standard American family and personal life.

Glenn Beck is not a fan of Huckabee
On his radio program today, Glenn Beck took a call from a listener who wanted to know why he has made "disparaging comments" about Mike Huckabee in the past and asked Beck to provide some specific evidence to support his obvious dislike of Huckabee.

Predictably, Beck kicked things off by labeling Huckabee "a progressive" and blasting him for supporting Common Core, but then also declared that Huckabee is a liar and "one of the most disingenuous men I have ever, ever met" because he is someone who cynically uses his faith for political purposes."

He is Jeb Bush, hiding behind the cross," Beck said. "He is a liar to your face. He is a very disingenuous man"

I'm starting to like this Huckabee guy more.

*Edit: Holy ****, I just responded to your post that said "Glenn Beck is not a fan of Huckabee" without reading the quote. But then, after I posted, I read the quote... does Glenn Beck really say Mike Huckabee is a progressive??!?!?! LAWL

he's running for 2016 and is going after the tea bagger/evangelical/kkk vote
and should be successful in reaching that demographic

Mike Huckabee has called Beyonce's music "mental poison." Is he right?

Sideshow: Mike Huckabee calls Beyoncé's music 'mental poison'

I don't know but what he probably doesn't realize is compared to the rest of pop music culture, Beyonce is the relatively wholesome role model. One of her hit songs encourages young people to stop sleeping around and get married (the same song Kenye West made an idiot out of himself when he said Beyonce's video was the greatest of all time and Tayor Swift should not have won.) Another song she produced while with her initial girl band, Destiny's Child was about overcoming hurt, honoring one's parents and forgiveness. She's had a grand total one one boyfriend in her life with whom she is now married. In a CNN interview confessed she has never once experimented with recreational drugs of any kind.

I agree with Gov. Huckabee in that I think her on stage wardrobe is a little too revealing/sexy/whatever. I asked a female friend and mother I know how she felt about Beyone's dress and that this really temps men because of the way we're wired. I suggested she must be oblivious to how her wardrobe affects guys. My friend's (a church going Christian mom) response was she didn't really see anything wrong with it and men are going to gawk and lust regardless.

It should be noted, Beyonce's husband is in fact one of Hip Hop's bad boys; not the worst out there but uses foul language on his songs and admits to a regrettable time in his life when he once sold drugs. Why good girls are attracted to bad boys is another topic and Beyonce is certainly not the first. A year or 2 ago, Beyonce changed managers, parting ways with her father's management company and hiring her husband's management company. Since then, her music, especially live performances, have gotten somewhat more risque.

Beyonce's audience is made up mostly of ladies. This all said, Huckabee can probably kiss the youth and female vote goodbye; not that he ever had it.

What difference does it make what a politician thinks about music?

Caring what some semi-whacko politician thinks about music is like caring what Peyton Manning (NFL QB) thinks about pepper...it is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT.

Jeez people, you need to find new role models.

95% of politicians are corrupt liars that are probably emotionally disturbed to some extent (just listen to them speak off the cuff on anything for five minutes...they are semi-nuts and/or monumentally stupid)...NOTHING they say should be believed/listened to/accepted/respected until they provide unbiased facts to back up their claims?

EVERYTHING ANY politician says should be taken as a lie or the rambling's of a whacko until they prove otherwise.

Do you ever get tired of failing to defend what you say?

My bad.
I thought you were kidding.
You mean you actually wanted examples of Obama's lies?
