Due to how much polls are being trolled, this is a public poll.

Assume it is an open Republican Primary and you get to vote, but those are the ONLY two candidate.

Except for polls that exclude Romney, he continues to beat Bush by 2 to 1 in polling Republicans. This is despite Bush doing something to get in the news every day and his Internet crew incessantly - and falsely -declaring he is #1 in polls, when he is a FAR distance 2nd to Romney. Even if Romney is excluded, Jeb Bush only slight rises in Republican support.

Romney or Bush?

Between Bush and Romney, there is no contest. I would pick Romney in a heartbeat. I would probably pick Romney over Hillary.

Given what I know of either of their positions of late, I'd have to go with Mit over Jeb.

As further information is revealed as to their positions, this may or may not change.

No. No. No. ****ing NO. That's my answer.

Bush was a good governor of Florida. Since Romney is yesterdays re-cycled news - I count him out. You gotta win to matter.
Could Jeb win? I don't know. Of all the Republicans he is the only one I would consider. Kasich maybe...

the rest do not impress, but then neither do the Democrats -with the exception of Martin O'Malley who has done a very good job
as mayor of Baltimore, and governor of MD.

"Old Jeb's a millionaire, the kinfolks said, Jeb move away from here.. They said the District of Columbia was the place you want to be...so they loaded up the truck and they moved to DC"

"Washington that is...cess pools and high dollar hookers"

If forced to pick who would be in the White House I would pick Bush in a heartbeat.

If anything just so we wouldn't have to be inundated with the Romney golden offsprings on our tvs.

That's true, but probably a lot due to the fact that Romney has universal name recognition compared to the others, who have never fielded a national campaign.

I think it's pretty ridiculous for anyone to claim they are number 1 in the polls when the leader doesn't even have 20%. Most people don't know who any of these candidates are yet, and many of those polled won't even run and their support would be distributed elsewhere.

I would skip that primary.

Hah, I feel like I was one of the few people who I actually really liked Mitt Romney so that would be my choice. Though I admire Bush for sticking to his guns on common core.

It's a difficult choice about which I would have preferred in optimal circumstances.

I supported Romney in 2012 and I support Bush for 2016.

I didn't agree with everything he had to say but I liked his experience ... gubernatorial and business, and expected he had the awareness to surround himself with highly experienced personnel in advisory positions. No one can know for certain though his administration most probably would have been better than the existing.

Good day to ya' S

  • I am independent - between those 2 only - Mitt Romney
  • I am very independent - between those 2 only Jeb Bush

I laughed at how you did that...

Some do.

New 2016 Presidential Straw Poll Results are in: the GOP Establishment Won’t be Happy About it

Jeeshhhhh... Mitt "my position changes everyday" Romney, or another Bush.... Can i just drink bourbon?

Romney
Flip-flopper or not, at least he has the brains to build America back up after 8 devestating years of Obama's "Hope and Change".

Jeb has nothing to contribute but his last name. His views on education are warped (Pro-Common Core) and he thinks rewarding illegal immigrants with amnesty is "an act of love", which is downright ridiculous and indicative of him being a political panderer. God only knows what his views on other things are.

A hold your nose and vote proposition...it would have to be a mandatory vote with sever penalties.

But, I would have to go with Jeb. The fact his dad and brother have been president is a stupid reason to reject a candidate. However, in this case, knowing more about Mitt than Jeb, I'd have to go with Jeb.

Mitt is weak. He confuses politics with leadership. He is in-decisive and what I consider the Republicans version of John Kerry; highly qualified but somehow the package is a few seconds sort of a successful download.

So we reached the the point were we have gone to hell in a handbasket?
