Well it looks like they are both running and if they both get t heir party's nomination who do you vote for?

Screwed up on the poll question......To much Christmas punch..........Can any Mod help and make the correction?

Thank you

None of the above. If that's the choice, I don't vote.

Navy, you seem to have bought into the grand scheme of corpgov. America doesn't need any more political dynasties.

What you are asking is tantamount to trying to put one smoking turd in my left hand and another smoking turd in my right hand. Apparently you are fine with that. My answer is "Stop trying to put turds in my hands."

To me, Jeb is the lessor of two evils and I think he is interesting and bold. His outline of his campaign seems to be something that hasn't been done before(or at least with popularity), and so far seems trustworthy. Clinton is just a typical snaky politician that's been there a long time... and a left wing one at that, so nooo.

They both suck.

If you vote for either...then when they screw up, you are to blame as well as them.

Kill me....kill me now.....please.

3rd party, obvious choice between those two.

no fan of Hillary as her stint of Sec of State consisted of racking up frequent flier miles, and organizing "Friends of Syria".
Friends of Syria was a attempt to organize those elusive "Syrian Moderates" - which are getting their butts kicked by various Islamists/AQ affiliates.

I'm in Florida.
If I had to categorize my domestic politics it would be centrist Dem > not progressive; surely not Republican as currently constituted.
I was happy enough with Jeb as governor - improved the state schools and managed our way out of 4 hurricanes in 1 year.

I generally boycott MS partys (D. R.) as they are more harmful to governance then any organizational abilities they provide.

Not sure though who i'm supporting yet ( Gary Johnson last time) I DO know it won't be Hilary

A lot of cop out answers.

Apparently a lot of folks on this site do not like either candidate if that is the choice. They're kind of like me in 2012, I didn't care for my choices, so I voted for Gary Johnson. Third party is a very realistic choice as is not voting.

So here, if you want to see the latest polls with different matchups vs. Hillary, have a look:

RealClearPolitics - 2016 Presidential Race

I suppose the bottom line to the cop outs is one never has to vote for either a Republican or a Democrat. Although the two major parties push the mantra that if they don't, it is a wasted vote because a third party candidate can't win. I am of the conclusion if one votes for a Republican or Democrat, that is a wasted vote as you are doing nothing more than voting for business as usual.

Put me down as voting for either the Libertarian or Constitutional Party candidates.

Me too. I had lost faith in one candidate and didn't trust the other. Gary Johnson got my vote.

I don't see anything wrong with the poll question. Was it the thread title you were talking about?

Neither.

I refuse to vote for Hillary, since I won't vote for anyone who voted in favor of the Iraq War. And I won't vote for Jeb, because I wouldn't vote for a Republican these days if you put a gun to my head.

Hilary would win in a landslide. GWB kinda screwed Jeb's chances.

If it comes down to Bush vs. Clinton, Gary Johnson will probably get my vote again.

Option 3. Jon Huntsman.

I like Jon Huntsman a lot. I made a contribution to his campaign back in 2012 as soon as he announced he was running. I think a Jon Huntsman presidency with a Democratic controlled senate and a Republican house would be the best thing for this country in 2016. However, the problem Jon Huntsman has is that while he is solidly fiscally conservative, he is moderate in his tone, not a bomb thrower, doesn't get into culture wars, and frankly is just not near crazy enough for today's Republican Primary base, thus he has little chance of ever winning the nomination.
