a majority of officers who are killed with firearms are killed by their own or their partner's firearm

We know that Brown wasn't shot in the back after all, and several witnesses state that Michael was charging at Wilson. You saying the cop shouldn't of defended himself, after being attacked?

Now if you want to say the guy is a piss poor shot, then by all means I'll agree there. If anything, he should be punished for shooting that many times without hitting the target, especially considering where he was.

Eric Holder (who's black) was there on the behest of Obama (who's black) to be involved in the process and make sure that it was as fair as possible. And he had every right for blaming social media by the way, because there was a lot of outright lies that were being perpetrated on there. Neither of them has come out and said they had a problem with the ruling or how the grand jury came about their decision. This wasn't about finding someone to lynch for societies ills, but at getting to the truth, or at least as close as they could. And this process was the best one at doing that. Though I will admit, if all you wanted was the hang a police officer who might of been justified in shooting, then the process taken wasn't the best to get that result.

Well he's not wrong about social media... What is the BAR? I only know of one BAR acronym and it does not apply

The national bar association has zero authority over any attorney it is a Association of African American lawyers. It is not like the state bar of Missouri who does license lawyers.

Think progress is a source so delusional and biased they harm progressives more then they hurt, trust nothing from that source.

Well he didn't do it in your state. But he wasn't shot for stealing the cigars he was shot for assaulting a police officer and trying to get his gun

that makes no sense. I only have to be member of the bar in the state I wish to practice in

and if you are a federal attorney, you only have to be licensed in one state to represent the USA in any district court in the USA

That's ****ed up, man. Very few things are worth someone's life. If I have a gun and I see someone stealing my car, I'm just gonna call the cops and not get involved. The only moral reason for murder is self-defense.

You half to be admitted to the bar the national Bar Association is not the bar. It is a private Association. You must be admitted to the bar of the state in which you have your law license. The NBA (gentlemen begin your jokes) is not a state bar authorized to license lawyers.

good thing the folks in the grand jury have higher standards of evidence than you do...:lol: ( think progress?.. really?:lol:)

try to keep this in mind... just because you don't agree with the decision , doesn't mean the decision is wrong.
most often , it just means your bias is coloring the issue.

all is not lost though... you might be able to get the race baiters to open up a federal trial.... or the upstanding parents calling for violent protest might get a civil wrongful death case going.
they'll lose both... but there's always an outside chance...

that's grand theft larceny not ROBBERY

robbery involves use of force-like someone jumping in your car and hitting you to gain control over your car. In that case not only are you justified in shooting, you should

if someone sneaks into your unoccupied home and steals your collection of hot porn, that is theft. If they come in knowing you are home and threaten you that is robbery and you shoot shoot them

Well try this have the Eagles club print you a license plate and then convince a state trooper that the fact your license plate is not issued by the DMV is merely a technicality
