We know that Brown wasn't shot in the back after all, and several witnesses state that Michael was charging at Wilson. You saying the cop shouldn't of defended himself, after being attacked?
Now if you want to say the guy is a piss poor shot, then by all means I'll agree there. If anything, he should be punished for shooting that many times without hitting the target, especially considering where he was.
Two of those shots were in the car when Brown had grabbed the gun and Wilson was trying to prevent him from firing it.
