What are you gonna do? Arrest me for smoking?

Well, I wouldn't tell your Obamacare doctor about that. They were talking, at one point, and perhaps it's still in there in the all the indecipherable mass amount of text, a smoking surcharge. A quite expensive one, if I recall.

Thanks for the lecture.

You have NO IDEA about the consideration I show non smokers, so kindly mind your own ****ing business.

Ditto from me.

LOL. In this I can support you Kobie. You have the right to smoke. I do not smoke. I cannot stand it. I support your right to smoke. I might not want to be around you when you do or for the next five minutes afterwards but it is your life. You have all the rights you need to do as you wish.

And I thank you too.

The state didn't kill Mike Brown at will. He attacked a police officer after a robbery. And then he came back for seconds. I'd expect a cop to shoot such an animal.

You seem to know a lot of facts in a case where there are few known facts.

"It is just for the innocent to not be further harassed. It is also just that a young thug died as a result of his thuggish actions.
At the hands of the state. Which you seem to fully support.

Statist.
Idiocy has its consequences. Had Brown not been a thug high on drugs perhaps he would not have robbed a store, argued with a police officer, then attacked the police officer.

You are so adorable when you are being goofy. And leftist.

Is it really statist to support the actions of a police officer trying to apprehend a suspect who was then assaulted by the assailant?
No. But one must have one's illusion if one actually is an authoritarian statist.

Kobie is conflicted.

I do seem to generate a large number of responses from the leftists and a few people who have no idea what they are. It works for me.

You reveal far more than you realize in your posts. You are mostly left.

This tells me that you have difficulty paying attention. Citizens, not the state, made the determination that there was no evidence worthy of bringing charges. So you continue to be both left and wrong. A grand jury, being a body of citizens brought together to consider the evidence is the opposite of statism. So not only are you wrong, you are incredibly uninformed about the simplest of matters.

I am willing to match my intelligence, and my accomplishments against yours if you like. How shall we proceed?

It is true I am strongly for individual liberty and freedoms and stand against the left. I know you pretend, if only with yourself, that you are a moderate. In this discussion, as in others, you throw out the decisions of the citizens and support the actions of an unruly mob.

I wonder why that is.

I only throw my support behind anyone in your head.

I think that in both cases, a correct legal verdict was reached based on evidence. Unlike you, I'm not going to race bait.

However, in neither case was justice done.
We shall have to agree to disagree.

Were you there? Or do you just believe what the state tells you like a good statist?
You try too hard. The state has said they will provide all of the evidence the grand jury saw. You have a poor grasp of what statism is and what it is not.

I can help you but only if you want help.

In Ferguson the grand jury cleared officer Wilson for defending his life after being assaulted in the line of duty. "Protestors" still rioted destroying minority businesses.

Was justice served in Ferguson with Wilson being cleared?

The Ferguson situation is a long ways from being over.

A mighty long ways.

You'll be hearing about that place for quite a while.

This. Those who want Ferguson to just go away are going to be very disappointed.

And BTW, I agree with many of the posters here: The OP needs to learn how to write a proper poll.

Well, I guess you could make a case for the race hustlers that were inciting riot to be responsible for the property destruction, or not?
What do you think, Kobie?

Such as?

I'm confused. You'll have to give me a little more to work with here.

Is it that you don't think that the race hustlers all over Ferguson wheren't inciting riot?

In my polls I attempt to isolate variables. I must make a distinction somewhere, at some point.
Are you telling me you are precisely in the middle with no lean in any direction? Have you taken one of those political spectrum tests online? That might give you an idea of where you lean.

Hilarious!
You're a hoot, man. A real hoot.

I lied with my vote just to **** up your poll.
