i am pretty sure i will be disappointed in the long run...thats a no brainer....what do you think this is about

On the ground in Ferguson I'm sure this is about perspective, and perception and not truth. Many in that community see a black teen from an oppressed group shot by a white authoritarian cop, it doesn't matter why. Outsiders assume a cop is not overtly a racist murderer, therefore the "why" matters. So far the Mike Brown's case is looking as if there may be a reason this happened, and it probably wasn't racism, oppression, authoritarianism, or any thing other than a cop being forced to make a deadly force decision (right or wrongly decided) by Mike Browns actions.

For me the "pulling Brown into the vehicle" sounds strange. Why would a cop do that?

I figured that out early on. To keep him from running, his buddy Johnson had already taken off, so he grabbed Brown. At this point he knew they were strong arm robbery suspects.

I can't amswer the question because we only have one side of the story.

I am glad to see no one pick the fourth answer .... from op

from all info recieved up to this date and what the witness has said should mr brown been shot by policeman? also do you believe the 3 eyewitness which happen to be black or the officers version told by a third party?

I do not know.I wasn't there. As far as I know all three of those witnesses are friends an or accomplices of the alleged victim.

Its crap like this why all police and police vehicles should be require by law to have cameras. This has the benefit of protecting the cops should anyone falsely accuse the police doing something wrong and this will protect people from police abuse.

what is also interesting is that usually bad acting people would have some type of record and I would expect even more in a city like furgerson

Unsure as of now. Evidence needs to be made and it has to be a methodical process.
