Are you addicted to anything?

Not currently, but I recognize that I have the strong tendency, so I tend to avoid anything that is highly addictive these days, unless you consider coffee an addiction, and to me, it's a necessity, not a drug.

Yea. Tobacco and possibly alcohol.

Possibly writing on forums -- I am addicted to reading.

This is only one of several forums I collectively spend over two hours a day on. Does that make me addicted to forums?

Yes -- I spent five hours a day mostly reading. I do not write much.

Funny; I always call coffee the "workplace drug of choice"!

I too am a drug-dependent personality. And if a little is good, more is better!

Caffeine is the final frontier, LOL.

Tobacco and doing things the easiest way possible these days. Also feel a strong pull to hot and cold running water, a soft bed and good pot.

I'm an egomaniac, so I post very often. My like/post ratio tends to be about 1:2 most of the time, so only half the stuff I say is crap!

I also enjoy reading. Only problem is, I run out of reading material very quickly, and it's expensive to order books all the time when you're a teenager. The public library is a little short on Star Wars novels and political books.

I'm addicted to DP polls.

Sometimes I spend more time on the forum than actually doing my contracts (dual-monitors). Somehow I always get them done on time... but I probably should cut back. I do have an all-or-nothing personality disorder. Whatever I do, I tend to do in excess.

Okay, I'll admit it: I've been a news junkie since 9th grade, and I think the Internet is the greatest thing ever because it satisfies my need for news and gives me pleasure using my hands (I'm a pianist and I always loved typing too).

How can you leave off porn seriously?

I don't have time for addictions unfortunately.

I'm addicted to battling the disease known as liberalism/progressivism.

Hopefully some day we will find a cure.

My dad had the single most addicting personality I had ever seen. From booze, to exercising, to going to Mass, there wasn't anything he wouldn't get himself addicted to if he did it exactly once.

I was always the complete opposite. There are things I enjoy doing but there has never been anything I've ever felt a compulsion to do.

Water, oxygen, food, sex, and coffee, but these are all absolutely essential to life, so I guess I am addicted to being alive, and the rest are just side effects of this.

I figure if it isn't a substance addiction, it's an ocd issue, not addiction. I get OC about essentially anything that gets my attention for more than 5 minutes. :lamo

I had to click yes-other. Sex, Dr Pepper, Erotica, Coffee, Porn, Writing (lol - guess what I write about?), Forums (DP and two others - all related to the above).

You may have a preference for something but that's altogether different then actually suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
